“Property was not ready on arrival, bed not made, heating not turned on, no clean towels, bins not emptied, the electric gate entrance was hard to read in the dark as keypad was very worn, there's no lights at the entrance gates to help you see, the property is a little tired and in need of updating, the owners contact number is not correct so overall a disappointing stay, will we return for a third, no. Sorry Alison but we can't give you a good feedback. ”

“The unit smelled fresh: no musty odors nor air-freshener perfumes. The bed linens and towels also were fresh-smelling. The beds were comfortable. Nice, big kitchen. Not a far drive to train station to go into London (trains takes 20-40 minutes to Paddington). Coffee lovers might like to bring a French press or other way to make brewed coffee, as the kitchen has only instant coffee and a kettle to heat water. Convenient parking right in front of door. Area felt safe and was quiet.”
