“This is the fourth time that we have stayed in the Cottage by the Sea. We have enjoyed every trip. We love the cottage and its location on the beach plus its access to restaurants and shopping. Amy is very accommodating and responsive. Recent renovations have been made to the cottage and improved the property even more. I recommend wholeheartedly.”

Had issues with the hot tub upon arrival but the owner was super responsive and fixed right away. The house electrical is older so not as easy to control the hot tub and figure out the lights with many light switches. The wifi did not work in the guest house but we did not reach out to the owner about that because we ended up not using that space. Location is...

“Great location where we made memories of a lifetime!”

“This house was perfect for our party of five family members plus two small dogs. The floor plan was great, updated furnishings and decor. We enjoyed the screened in Florida room. It was a quiet neighborhood close to the beach (by golf cart) and met any and all of our needs. Highly recommend.”

“This place was so perfect, I knocked a point off cleanliness due to quite a few ants in the kitchen. We kept everything tidy so they weren’t a big problem. Will definitely rent this cottage again!!”

“This 2-bedroom cottage is well appointed and a perfect location to walk to the beach. The kitchen had almost everything we needed for any meal and the gas grill was great for making dinner of grilled fresh fish. Walking to downtown for restaurants and shops was easy and it is only a short walk in the other direction to more restaurants. We couldn’t be happier with this place and we will definitely be back. ”

“Loved my stay during the off season. It was quiet and relaxing. The property is well maintained. It's right next to Driftwood Beach which was nice when catching the sunrise on the beach. Your can also watch the sunrise from the deck chairs on the pavilion. I would stay at this location again.”
