"Städning över lag bra, men en av soptunnorna på rummet var extremt äcklig under plastpåsen. Det såg ut som att någon hade kräkts i själva tunnan. Bemötande från personal var 50/50 bra och dåligt. Vissa var mycket trevliga och professionella medan andra hälften kändes ointresserade och besvärade av våra frågor. Kanske utbilda sina sommararbetare i bemötande till nästa sommar? Vi bodde i en bungalow med privat pool som vi var väldigt nöjda med och poolområdet var snyggt och trevligt. "

"Väldigt fint hotell med mycket bra frukost. Vi bodde här endast en natt med frukost. Vi tog ett deluxe rum med havsutsikt. Rummet var fint renoverat och havsutsikten var bra trots att vi fick ett rum som var ganska långt in och lite mer på sidan. Rummen är ganska små och framförallt badrummet så hade man fått önska hade det varit bra med lite mer utrymme där. Servicen på hotellet är utmärkt och personalen mkt trevlig. Det enda vi kan bemärka på var småsaker såsom städning under säng. Jag berättade det för städerskan, så hon kunde försäkra sig om att det ordnas till nästa gäst. Jag är extremt pedant när det kommer till städning så på det stora hela var det mkt rent på rummet och i utrymmen på hotellet. Pooler: stora poolen nedtill är mkt full så jag rekommenderar att välja poolen och lägga våning 2 (om ni inte bara är vuxna för då finns det även en vuxenpool). "

"This place was really good! Location is close to everything and the staff is super friendly and they have one of the most beautiful women I have ever seen working in the reception. We had a problem with our A/C in the room and when the technician couldn’t fix it he ran down to reception and got us keys for a new room and helped us take our bags to it as well, that is awesome service!"

"We stayed at the resort for 10 days and overall had a good stay — but it’s not a 5-star resort. The place feels quite run-down, especially the rooms, which haven’t been renovated in many years. Pros: - Very friendly and helpful staff. - Beautiful and well-maintained surroundings. - We were quickly offered a new room when we asked. Highly recommend choosing one with a sea view — others can have a very dull view. - There’s a cozy little backyard area behind Rodius where you can enjoy a drink in the evening. Sadly, it’s often empty since it’s far from the main restaurant. - For the price per night, comparing to many other resort, it is priceworthy. Cons: - The lifeguards are overly strict. I made a small dive in the pool and was immediately whistled at — very uncomfortable. I wasn’t the only one who noticed; several guests felt the same. - The rooms and parts of the hotel feel outdated and in need of renovation. - Half board only includes the main buffet restaurant. Although the buffet is pretty good for being a buffet. Tips: - Rent a car if you want to explore! Avoid Hersonissos — we recommend Piskopiano instead. If you’re traveling with kids, visit Acqua Water Park (5 mins away). For a great beach nearby, go to Potamos. Summary: A good stay overall, but the standard doesn’t match what you’d expect from a 5-star resort. "

"The hotel itself is very nice but a bit far from the closest metro. However, they do have a shuttle to downtown on curtain times. Check if the rooptop pool is open or closed. It is really beautiful but was closed on our vacation in March – dispite warm weather. "
