“The condo lived up to all of our expectations. Well situated near excellent bakeries and restaurants, yet on a quiet residential street. Condo was very clean and had good beds and linens. “The unit was perfect for our stay. It was well appointed and nicely decorated. The location is great as you are close to Boothbay Harbor but not in it. Ocean Point is a fantastic place to walk to really experience the Maine coast. The screen porch was a hit with the seating area and table where you could see Linekin Bay. Bed was comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed with a gas grill outside. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“Easy to get to, conveniently located close to restaurants, bars, shops, and downtown. There are stairs to climb, which didn't bother us, but be mindful as it is on the 3rd floor. Parking is only available on the street, and it was hard to find a spot close by the condo. But, we eventually did park close, so it worked out. We would definitely book this place again and again!”

“What a wonderful stay. The views were absolutely amazing. Kitchen well equipped. We bought live lobsters just $10 a lb from Hannafords (try also the French baguette) just 12 min drive and cooked them, clams and corn all in the steamer provided. Lounge seating very comfortable. Cooks corner area has everything incl Walmart superstore. David was a wonderful host. Could not speak too highly of him. He came out late at night when I could not work something out.”
