“Very good location, easy connections to downtown and Brooklyn. Spacious room, lots of storage, well equipped kitchen. However, the room was not really clean, there were chunks of dust in the corners. Bathroom needs renovation, especially the shower - it was almost impossible to adjust water temperature and the sink drain got clogged each time.
