“Stunning location on an island 45 minutes from Boca Chica by boat in the middle of a National Park. Off the grid, solar power so it is a chance to disconnect completely. Great use of natural environment in construction and esthetics. The cabins are simple and open air, spacious and are clean. The temperature in Feb. was warm but there is always a lovely breeze. “On the pictures it shows beautiful big tents, but it is"just" a tent.... It says it is on the beach of Boca Chica but that little town is on the mainland!? The location is on top of a hill, a 10 to 20 minutes steep walk to the beach. There is no TV, no garden and it has someting like a communal area where the only staff member ( a young girl who speaks only spanish!) hangs around in a hammock. It seems like there are 5 ROOMS, but in reality they have 3 tents and two "sort of" rooms........
