“It was a nice hotell with a helpful staff. The location is good, just 15 minutes walking to the lake and the city's buzz. We lived in a suite premium with a partly lake view. No point to pay for a full lake view as it's far away. Currently the view is spoiled by the building works and a big crane next to the hotell. The breakfast was boring, all the same and not so much to choose from. You need to ask the restaurant staff to make you something you like, and they are helpful. Ask for coffee from...

“It’s a very nice apartment with underground car park. The parking alone is a great usp in Lugano. Modern, clean and equipped with all you. There is even a Nespresso machine with some tabs. However, you should bring your own coffee tabs as I didn't like the ones offered - but that is a question of personal taste. Full kitchen, fridge, freezer, water kettle etc.. Full five stars. We enjoyed our stay there. If I would make recommendation I would invest in a new mattress. The one there is too soft...
