“The stay was fine. However the address in communication from Novasol showed the wrong address. It was very frustraing to think there was a deception.I distrubed two residents trying to confirm the information I was given. Finally recieved a call from the host confirming that the address is incorrect. ”

“We stayed a week in this lovely house in January this year (2019) and truly enjoyed our stay. Both the owner and their manager were helpful and kind during the entire process; from booking the place until our departure. Our only complaint is that the beds were quite uncomfortable; hard, lumpy and narrow. My family slept OK during the week but I suffered from lack of sleep during the entire week, unfortunately. But, as I said, apart from the beds, we had a fantastic time in this property.”

“This townhouse was the perfect place to spend our holiday in Spain! The property is gorgeous and peaceful. It was quiet and felt very safe. When we weren't exploring the beach or Fuengirola or the other beautiful Spanish towns nearby, we enjoyed the pool and the exercise room. We had plenty of room for the two families - 2 adults and 6 teens. Everything was clean and comfortable. “The apartment was great, but when we arrived it was evident that it hadn’t been used for some time. We had to clean it when we arrived and the patio was filthy as were the sun beds. The shower flooded and they were slow to fix it. In the 5 weeks we were there apart from contacting Alfesco Stays re the shower and the TV, we didn’t hear from them at all. We did not have any cleaners in the 5 weeks and done all our own laundry.”

“the apartment was perfect, very well equipped, beds were excellent which is really important on holiday. its an ideal area. we had problems with electric appliances which were very good quality but the power didnt seem t be adequate. We couldnt use the microwave or the toaster. Estafany was great but we were only there 4 nights. Once electicity sorted I would give 5 stars. My daughter broke her toe befre ging so our hliday was spoilt a bit otherwise very good.thank you.”
