“Great location! This property had everything we needed without being cluttered with a bunch of stuff we don't need (like prior renter's groceries). The bed is super comfortable! We appreciated the off-street parking, but the long, steep driveway and small parking area makes it very difficult to maneuver. The host warned us that we should move our car before the incoming storm, as ice and snow could make it impossible to get the car out. That was much appreciated.”

“AMAZING! Beautiful property. Pine trees and a little creek to enjoy from the deck or walk through. Inside is tastefully decorated, cozy, peacful, and very clean. Minutes from shopping and Rocky Mountain National Park. This sounds like an ad, but we enjoyed staying here that much! We can't wait to go back!”

“This place it only a block up from the main street through town. It was so convenient to just walk over there. The place was clean. It was also decorated fun. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice. The shower head need fixed but I reported it to the owner and I believe they will have it fixed. I would have been very excited to give them a 5 out of 5 but our last night there ar 9:30 pm the cleaning people came into the unit upstairs and started making one hell of a racket....

“Love the location and property! Great neighborhood (whole food type) grocery stores directly across the street. Very nicely furnished residence. Very comfortable beds! Very easy check in/out process and VERY attentive property management. Single issue: the fan remote controls don’t work or are too confusing, that’s it! Thanks!”

“We enjoyed our stay and the place had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend together. Close to everything. Was clean and had everything we needed. ”

“We spent 4 nights in this lovely little spot, walking distance from the heart of downtown golden. The apartment was perfect for two people, very well appointed, and Betty was helpful and communicative with any and all questions we had, as she is right on the property. There is a lovely back patio with views to the Miner's "M" on the hillside, and we enjoyed watching the paragliders. Check In process was a breeze, as was check out. I would 100% stay here again, in fact we can't wait to go...
