“Unit was clean, comfortable and great location!!A hidden gem. The pool was right there and a beautiful beach was just steps from the unit. We did not do the resort passes so we had to drive to restaurants which was ok because there are a lot of great restaurants in the Beaufort area within 30 minutes- lots to do. Loved Hunting Island State Park which was just outside the community. Great fishing dock and Boneyard was a highlight of the trip. This unit was in a great location. Would stay here...

“The one thing that will keep me from returning to Fripp is the need to buy an amenities card if you want to eat at most restaurants on the island or go to club pool. I will not return. There are other beaches on the South Carolina coast that I prefer. My husband and I grew up near North Myrtle Beach. Our favorite place to stay is Tilghman resort on ocean blvd. Has pool, view of ocean and short walk to ocean. Also many 5 star restaurants to choose from. No amenities card needed. ”

“Overall very satisfied with this Condo, location, and closeness to the beach. This is a very quiet location. On the Patio there is a constant drip coming from the cutter system which makes sitting outside not very relaxing. The large sleeper/couch is not very comfortable for watching TV however it was doable. ”

“If you’re looking for convenience to the beach and the Beach Club, this is a great location! The only two challenges are parking (it’s very tight and only 2 spots per unit) and noise from the club area. The music at the club didn’t bother us because we have older children that stay up late but I would be cautious with younger kids. We actually enjoyed the live music at night while sitting in the back porch! The hosts were super responsive to any questions we had and the unit was well stocked...
