Family Reunion
This is our 2nd stay at this location for an annual family reunion. The property is very clean and nicely set up. There are many thoughtful details throughout to help make the stay nice. The host responded quickly to questions we had prior to arriving - and the check in process was seamless. We will return.

Nice house but squeaky beds
The house is just as described in the listing with the exception of the beds. The bedroom in the "Master" room with a bathroom is very loud it makes a crunchy sound every time you move, and the bed frame is squeaky as well. My friend said the other queen bed was the same. I understand the need for mattress protectors but there are quiet ones that are not so terrible. With different mattress protectors and different bed frame (or maybe just tightened bed frame) I would give the house five stars.

99.9/100 Everything was awesome. I knocked it down one tenth of a precent because I could not find small tongs for cooking bacon in the morning but there were at least large BBQ tongs. Othere than that, there was absolutely no complaints

Very comfortable for family
The owner was very easy to work with and the house was perfect for our family. We were in California for a wedding and we are delighted to be able to spend time together in a clean, comfortable home. The neighborhood felt safe there was easy access to restaurants and grocery stores.

Clovis Oasis
The house was perfect for my family traveling to Clovis for a swim meet. Check in process was smooth and easy. The house was clean and kept cool. We had all that we needed to prepare simple meals during our stay. I’m the only one that hopped in the pool. I enjoyed floating about. Some people have complained in their reviews about the noise from busy street behind the house. It didn’t bother us at all. It was quieter than our country road back home. We would use the property again if available during next year’s meet.

Good enough
Overall happy with the option. Unfortunate that you can’t rent for the whole week. Some communication issues with manager: asked if pool was heated, told us it was, but it is not. I don’t think the intention was to lie, but it was unfortunate because that was important to us. The pool was very cold.

Great property! The shower is a little short for my husband who is 6’3, and the mattresses were a little rough, but overall this is a great property. Highly recommend and will stay here again if the opportunity comes up!

Amazing
This property is incredibly clean, beautiful, and safe. Yes, there is a Main Street behind the house but i didn’t hear not one single car nor did it interfere with my sleep. I definitely recommend this property. The owner and house manager made my family and I feel very comfortable. Thank you for an amazing experience. I will be booking this property every time I visit Fresno.

Warm and Safe Haven
We stayed in this property on the weekend of my dad's funeral. We needed a place where family could come say hello and have dinner during this pandemic when no restaurant was able to accomodate us. It was a lovely house with a wonderful owner who worked with me on check in times and was very kind and communicative. It was easy to stay here and very nice. Would rent from him again.

Masato’s property was spacious, clean and organized. We love to cook so having the kitchen fully equipped was a great bonus. The house was extremely inviting and comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Very Clean . . . Very Noisy
First Impression . . . very clean, good choice! Second Impression . . . can't hear each other talk, while out by the pool, because of the traffic! Probably the perfect house for party people! Third Impression . . . Could not sleep in either the master bedroom or the living room, traffic noise is so loud. Upon looking over the concrete block walk in the rear yard, we noted four lanes of traffic and a controlled intersection.
