“The charm of the unit rests in its surroundings. The view from the kitchen window or deck is stunning as the property is next to a berry farm. There are cows, chickens, and a few pheasants. The unit is approximately 400 square feet but has what's needed for a short to medium stay. It's close to town or the Pak'n Save, so it's possible to experience nature without being too far away from necessities. Liz and Martyn are helpful and charming as hosts. ”

“This property and the hosts are phenomenal. We could not have asked for a better experience or a more comfortable cottage. It’s even nicer than the pictures! The neighborhood was quiet and the cottage had everything we needed to enjoy travels to New Zealand. We traveled from the States and found the location to be perfect for day trips to the city, Hamilton, Raglan, Waitomo (glow worm caves), Hobbiton, and surrounding areas. We highly recommend! ”

“Dated property but still lovely. TV user instructions were wrong, no info re ANYTHING. Located the wifi router the afternoon before we left. No rubbish bags, Hoover hadn't been emptied, small things that are easily addressed. Would still recommend 👍”

“Im kühlen NZ-Winter war es zunächst schwer, alles aufzuheizen. Als das gelungen war, war es fast perfekt: Recht gut ausgestattete Küche, in der man alles machen kann, gemütliche Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer, Bad und Waschmaschine/Trockner ist alles da und funktionabel. Das WLAN könnte schneller sein - man ist beim streamen häufig an der Grenze. Der Kontakt mit Vermietern ist sehr nett und pragmatisch! Sogar eine Garage ist dabei; ein schöner Garten, eine schöne Aussicht. In der Gegend um Waiuku ist...
