Peaceful
Very cozy and had everything we needed! Was just far enough away that we didnt hear the hustle and bustle of the beach traffic (what we wanted). I enjoyed the neighborhood and that the owners were super nice and answered me back quickly Definitely recommond for a family get together!

This was our second year staying at this property and everything was great. It's a great neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the beach, but still close enough to enjoy the day in the water. Looking forward to our next trip.

Review of Millville by the Sea Rental
Property was compact but still roomy enough for a family of 4-6. Kitchen was a bit tight but functional with all necessary appliances/tools. Gym and pool were nice and convenient to get to. Overall, a good experience; however, we were dismayed with cleaning crew. We watched them arrive at 3:15 p.m. only to see them leave 30 minutes later. Their lack of attention to detail and short time on scene were evident the minute we walked in -- loads of crumbs in the oven boiler drawer; sticky goo in a few spots on the hardwood floors; trash/leftover items between the bunkbeds and wall; more trash stuffed under the upper bunk bed mattress; master bath toilet had a ring and yellowish tint inside the bowl; dead fly on the master bath windowsill; cobwebs on the dining table light fixture

Literally saved our vacation
We arrived at rehoboth at a different property that was absolutely horrible. I searched and found this gem. The neighbor was cute and quiet. The house was clean and modern. It felt like my house cause we had similar taste. Melany was so nice and we will be staying here again for sure!!!

Wonderful Stay
The home is new, very clean and comfortable. The pictures are great, but in person even better! It’s in a quiet neighborhood. The owner was super sweet enough to personally let us know that someone would be working outside if the home when we were there, but they weren’t disruptive at all. I would absolutely recommend this home for a family or 2 couples!

Absolutely beautiful! Nice neighborhood!
I agree with another reviewer who said this was one of the nicest vacation properties they ever stayed in. It feels brand new and you can tell the owners put a lot of effort into decorating it. It's very cozy and totally well stocked. Communication with Melany is great, and they will send you a very thorough pdf about the house before you arrive. It is a little far from the beach but not prohibitively so. Glad it wasn't summer to fight beach traffic (but be aware that Bethany was undergoing restoration right now, so check if it's accessible if you go there soon). We actually slept upstairs in the guest room instead of the master suite because we wanted to be by our kiddos. Still very comfy. Bring your own linens and bath mats (which we have been doing anyway since corona started, but this is the first time I've seen a house that didn't provide linens.) Otherwise, you have what you need and the neighborhood was very quiet! Lovely home.
