Ljus lägenhet på första våningen med havsutsikt. Renoverat 2016. Badrum renoverade mars 2017. Fredlig by med marina och vattensporter. Topp turistområde med mycket att se och göra. Staden Forres 5 mil bort.

Seagem är en ljus, lägenhet på första våningen i Findhorn, 50 meter från havet med havsutsikt, nyligen noterad juni 2016. Det huvudsakliga vardagsrummet i öppet kök / matsal / vardagsrum utgör en del av ett av tre torn i den gemensamma byggnaden, och har böjda väggar med ett härligt fönster i full längd som släpper in ljus. Det rymmer fyra personer: ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och ett med våningssängar. Dubbelrummet har eget badrum med dusch, och det stora badrummet har ett badkar, så perfekt för barn eller vuxna som vill koppla av! Det finns en särskild bilplats på den privata parkeringen. Med så mycket att se och göra i området, plus det unika ljuset som konstnärer älskar, har Findhorn varit en toppresedestination i många år. Bekvämligheter: diskmaskin; tvättmaskin torktumlare; elektriska värmare för nattlagring; uppvärmda handdukskenor; kyl frys; mikrovågsugn; TV-apparater och DVD-spelare; Wi-Fi; elektrisk ugn och keramikhäll; spel & böcker. Sängkläder och handdukar inkl. Tyvärr, inga husdjur och rökning. Fantastiskt kafé 1 minuters promenad; 2 pubar som erbjuder skaldjur 2 min promenad, postkontor / allmän butik 1 min promenad. Strand och marina 2 minuters promenad.

Nice stay by the sea

We had a great week at Seagem Apartment. It offers enough space for a family of four and is very well maintained and equipped. It is also close to the water. The landlady was always approachable and helpful. We would come back anytime as Findhorn is such a lovely little place from which you can also explore the hinterland around Inverness or the Cairngorms National Park.

Seagem, absolute gem.

Booked Seagem as a short break for my wife and myself. We used to holiday in the adjacent caravan park many years ago. Seagem is just the sort of place that we were after. Great size of property, clean, tidy and a home fom home. Lots of local information and well positioned for beach and harbour too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly visit again. Susan, the host, kept us well informed with information about the flat. First class.

Peaceful seaview gem

Property was just as described. It was very clean, tidy and extremely well equipped. Host was very pleasant. Door entry was easy to understand from the instructions.Plenty to do and see in the surrounding area. Altogether a very enjoyable stay.

Wonderful and relaxed

Comfortable apartment in great location

This is a really great flat. It's clean, well equipped and comfortable. A beautiful beach is 3 minutes walk away, Findhorn has places to eat but is only a short drive from all tbe facilities in Forres. There's plenty to do locally. The check-in and out process was easy and Susan looked after us well. Can't recommend highly enough.

Excellent family summer holiday

My family and I stayed at Seagem for a week this summer. We regularly stay at Findhorn and this apartment was perfect for us - extremely well equipped, particularly for children, with little extras like cleaning products and kids' toys making it feel like a home from home. The location is perfect - less than 200 yards to the beach, with restaurants, pubs and a small shop even closer. The host was very helpful and friendly, which made our stay even easier. Check in was straightforward. Would highly recommend, we will definitely stay again!

Comfortable, light-filled apartment

Perfect!

This apartment is just a minutes walk to the car park and main entry point for Findhorn beach - the location is perfect, The flat was pristine clean. Lots of thought has been put into making the flat a no hassle stay - plenty of plug points, hangers, all the kitchen utensils you would need, powerful shower and a bath that fills in minutes. I was intending to book the flat for another week but the dreaded Corona Virus meant I had to head home - I will definitely be booking in the future. The welcome pack was delicious and much appreciated.

Perfect Apartment

Everything about this place was easy, the location, the heating system, the appliances, all top notch. Susan was a superb host, supplying us with locally made food, wine, milk and crackers to help us bring the new year comfortably. The apartment is all you could wish for for either a short or longer stay in beautiful Findhorn.

Homecoming visit

We found this lovely and very comfortable flat to be the ideal base to revisit family and friends in Forres and surrounding area, to enjoy the proximity of the beach for walks and just to relax. Parking was ideal with our own designated spot and the amenities in the flat were excellent from the high quality appliances to the great selection of cooking utensils. We would highly recommend Seagem to anyone visiting Findhorn or anywhere nearby in Moray. We will return without a doubt!

Sea gem week.

Very comfortable accommodation. Lovely living area, with five windows, making it very light and airy. Well equipped kitchen, with little extra bits and pieces, making life more comfortable. Good to have the ensuite and a bathroom, with four of us staying. All in all we had a great stay, helped by good accommodation, and great weather. Worth a visit!

Great property in lovely Moray village

We had a great week in this lovely property. We were greeted by Sue who was extremely helpful and friendly. Communication throughout was great. The property itself has a fantastic location, it is very bright and we had everything we needed including a parking space. I highly recommend this property.
