“We came there for a family vacation. The property and staff were nice for the most part. The problem for us was with the food and dining options. There were very little vegetarian options and there was a lot of cross contamination/mislabeled food options. That was not right or helpful for people with food allergies. The time when we actually ate properly was when we left the resort and came home.”

“The staff were friendly and the resort was clean. The rooms were large and well-kept. The showers were great. The dining was good in the buffet and the a-la-carte, however, it was difficult to book reservations and the times seemed to be super limited for the restaurants, which made it difficult to get the options we desired. The wifi was average in common areas, somewhat spotty, and non-existent in the rooms, which made it difficult to communicate with friends and family who were on resort and...

“Good experience for the price. The rooms and bathrooms were a bit worn out but the staff were very service minded. We had to change room few times due to humidity and fungi smell. The staff were responsive, helpful and never got defensive when asking for a change.”
