“The staff were great. Maids were great. Waitresses and bartenders were great. Walls and doors are not thick enough. Can hear people in adjacent rooms and in hallways. Arrived at resort to see main pool empty for maintenance. That is one reason we picked this resort. Disappointing that this was not brought up before we arrived. No one offered an explanation.”

“Beds are so comfortable, clean rooms, balcony with view inside room, restaurants were fabulous. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Valet was convenient and affordable. Only complaint is that the hot tub wasn’t very warm. Great stay overall :) ”

“This condo was exactly as described. It had everything we needed down to sand toys and a sand cart/buggy. Access to the lazy river and additional pools was a wonderful amenity as well! Would highly recommend and definitely stay again. ”

“Our stay was fine but the communication of construction and no use of the outdoor pool/splash pad was poor. I wasn’t notified until 2 weeks before with zero chance of a Full refund, they did give me $120 credit. Originally they said i wasn’t going to be able to use our balcony as well, but our room was on the side of the building and we could use it. The condo was comfy but definitely needs some repairs/updating. Sink faucet was very loose, missing baseboards, lots of little things to make it...
