No customer service
"The hairdryer was not working, ensured it was plugged in , pushed the reset button, the test button etc. Then called front desk and she said she can’t do anything, she has no clue where the hair dryers were and no clue as to where to look. I asked for maintenance.. she said no maintenance worker. ..."

"We spent a couple of fall days in this cozy cottage with a wood burning fireplace. We cooked our meals and had everything we needed. It was too cold to kayak on Findley Lake but we did sit on the dock and in the boathouse to enjoy the sun. Lake Erie and Panama Rocks were nearby so we did some hiking. ..."
