“As a fellow VRBO owner, I felt the ID requirements and such were a bit much. I felt like it was a TSA Pre-Check situation...and I have TSA precheck. The insurance and deposit should cover the owner just fine to avoid this concern. The stay was pleasant and the place was spotless. It was some good downtime, even though it was a work trip. Vince, the owner, was very quick to respond and helpful.”

Full amenities in the full kitchen.Clean, good size bedrooms(2), comfortable mattress, counter and open space in bathroom good,. Air conditioner and several windows can be opened. Host communication is timely. Would stay here again. ”

“The Emerald Forest Treehouse was a truly amazing experience even on a rainy day! The owners of the property have thought of everything and provided so much added value to the experience down to really soft robes and the quality of the furnishings. We went from stressed daily life to fully relaxed almost instantly. We look forward to returning one day when it is better weather to take advantage of hiking around the property as well.”

“Joe and I were winding up the final two days of our house remodel while staying at the Castle! Charles was very attentive in communicating with us regarding our stay. The area we stayed in was clean and neat. Although we did not use all of the amenities, there are beautiful new appliances, including a nice range, microwave, convection-toaster oven and a large refrigerator. The apartment was clean, and Vince, the owner, was very responsive with instructions and help on how everything worked. You have access to all the amenities, including a reserved spot in the garage. Downtown Redmond is right there, very easy to walk to everything.”

“Once in the flat it is clean and comfortable. It neighbors a shooting range, the noise is muffled inside and stops at 8pm, but I found it disturbing. Also the spiral stairs going up are no joke if you have any mobility concerns. The flat is nice and well stocked. ”
