“The property looks exactly like pictured. Very clean and actually much more spacious than expected. Communication with property manager was quick and helpful. The only thing that was slightly complicated was figuring out the parking garage and all the different ways you use the key faubs to get in and around.. although instructions were as clear as possible explaining it all. Very close to anywhere you could need to go downtown !”

“5-star. Spacious, clean, comfortable, and great location. Would definitely stay again. Elevator is shaky (literally), so avoid if you have elevator phobia. Minor issues: manager sends a LOT of messages, all of which are too long and wordy. Parking in back is not overnight, but the lot next door is (on St. Clair). Coffee selection is weak (Donut Blend keurigs, and Maxwell House grounds). WiFi is 2G (slow). ”

“This place was everything we needed for a quick getaway to the big city. Close to all activities downtown. There is no parking however we found a parking lot down the block for only 15.00 a night. We will def. stay here again when we come back again.”

“The location is great. The condo is large with really nice, up to date kitchen and bath. The manager was very reponsive. The things I wished I knew check in (getting keys, fobs, QR codes, parking hang tag) is a process. Be patient and build in time to go through the steps. Once you figure it out it was not a huge deal...and we always felt safe and secure. Not many amenties,,,so when in doubt, bring it with you or plan to buy it. Including a plunger!”
