“This was a nice property. All the amenities worked and it was very comfortable. Communication with the host was ok, answers to our inquiries took awhile, but eventually we got answers. It would be very helpful to have more instructions regarding check out in particular when trash pick up was. We arrived and the trash cans were full and then apparently trash day was the day we checked out but we missed it and ended up taking our trash home with us, since we didn’t want to leave any outside of the...

“Excellent stay! Very clean, excellent layout of the home, very well equipped kitchen! I cooked Thanksgiving dinner for six people and everything I needed was available! Beautiful location as well! Highly recommend this stay!!!”

“If you are a large loud partying kind of family this is not a good choice for you. I hosted 30 people for my husband’s 70th birthday. We rented the main house and all the cottages and the studio. We ranged in age from 78 to 5. Be aware that there are lots and lots of stairs. The mansion is 4 stories and each cottage has the bedroom in a loft area up a flight of stairs as well. Two of my guests fell and were slightly injured on the stairs. Another issue for us was the quiet time. It is 9 am. It...

“This property that had plenty of space for two families. The rooms were big and comfortable. There were plenty of activities for the kids to enjoy. We used this as our base for day trips to the Petrified Forest and Grand Canyon National Parks. Would definitely recommend!”
