“Dubbelrum helt ok för en natt och det är hostel. Tur att de hade en fläkt på rummet det var ändå 29 grader varmt. Lite folk när vi bodde där så toa och dusch var helt lediga. Saknar dock kaffe gick inte att köpa och det fanns inget porslin att låna. Men man kunde lösa in tallrik, bestick och mugg för en disposition.”

“Was happy with the staff at United..unfortunately not so impressed with 'wotif' ( third party booking ).. Got to United only to find there was no room available ( one i had book 2 months in advance)..Had booking references Numbers and whats more ..i actually rang the hotel 2 minutes after i had made the booking ( just to confirm) and they said yes all is fine?? After a 45 minute wait while staff located us a room we had somewhere to stay..( myself and my two sons) one of which was flying out...

“It wasn’t at all as expected. The bed was so squeeky, as soon as you moved it made noises. Super thin walls, you heard everything (!) that the neighbours did. For that price though, I assume you can’t really expect too much but everything else was booked out this night in Auckland so there was no choice left really. If you’re 20 years old and don’t care too much where you live or how you sleep, absolutely a place that works. For me though, it was pretty awful. ”

“Lovely and helpful staff, comfortable beds. Felt surprisingly private. The shared spaces were spacious, comfortable and lovely. They have a “quiet” room which was highly appreciated. It felt new, fresh and cozy. The kitchen could get pretty messy but the staff tried their best to keep it clean. I felt like I got a lot of value for the money.”

“We booked this property because it was a handy location, unfortunately we had also booked it because it said we could have 3 separate beds and because I was booking it for 3 students that didn't really know each other it was appropriate they have their own beds. I have just been told they were only provided with a double and single bed. This has put me in a rather awkward position. They were not confident to ask for this to be changed.”
