“Very good communication prior to stay- very accurate directions and we found the Cart House very easily. Lovely welcome from owner, plus Charli, the dog. Really appreciated the welcome gifts and the card. Lovely touch. Accommodation was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed plus much more. Very comfortable bed. Fantastic views, peaceful. “We had a wonderful time. Cwmllan feels back in time in the best way. Some reviewers seemed critical of the water pressure from the spring-fed water system but this didn't bother us much at all. It's a place to go slower, not to be rushing around! Lovely neighbours and beautiful surroundings. Wonderful choice of walks and a good old-school DVD collection for cosy rainy nights in. Highly recommended. ”

“The cottage was beautiful and was finish to a very high standard. It was very well equipped, and looked like no expense was spared at making sure there was everything you needed. The cottage was cleaned to a very high standard, I could not find a spec of dust. The phone signal wasn't great around there, but the provided WiFi was very good.
