“Perfect location, easy check in and parking straight outside! Everything you need, spacious and comfy. Holiday Inn next door where you check in we’re so helpful and friendly- could not fault! Only criticism was furniture/carpets were quite stained but for what we paid it was amazing value for money Would definitely book again ”

“We had a good stay, when ringing for support to find the entrance and how to enter was very supported and sent all necessary details, free parking close by and isn’t too far a drive away from everything. Very quiet no banging through the night etc. ”

“What a gem! Spacious flat with huge comfy beds. The host has been so thoughtful to leave all sorts of things to help guests feel at home like books & games, toiletries, food and even coffee. Just off the town centre. We'll definitely be back!”

“Our stay here was okay I mean we’ve been to worse places but as we arrived we were met with a hole in the floor between our 2 single beds. Then as we were going to microwave our food the microwave had mouldy food inside of it. The manager & cleaners did offer us a different room but we were settled by the time we found the food so we just stayed in our room. My husband went to lie on the sofa bed & the arm of the chair was hanging off. I went in the shower & the shower was hanging by a nail it...

“I don't think this place should be on hotels.com. It is not a hotel. It is more like a bedsit. There is no reception. It is in a very dodgy area. Rubbish on the sidewalk. A homeless man with his pants down in the alley next to it. And my room smelled like the smoking area at a retirement home. You are given a code to get into the front door and your room. I had to call to get mine and it was confusing. The cleaning lady I met was nice and the bed was reasonable. I never did find the bathroom...

“Lovely clean and nicely laid out property, beautifully decorated, very close to the promenade and local amenities. The front was in need of a bit of love to make it in-keeping with the inside of the house, and there was some noise from upstairs neighbours but otherwise a splendid stay.”

“An amazing property with incredible views of the coastline & Saltburn beach & pier. Good sized bedrooms and living room/kitchen. Bathroom could with some attention - a little damp on far wall. Although lovely shower. Property is on the fourth floor so be prepared!! ”

“Fab little apartment. Really clean and ideal for a 3 night stay while my daughter was having surgery in the RVI - ideal location too. Really friendly staff too. ”

“Everything was lovely, clean, well equiped and just as advertised. Full kitchen with all the equipment and even some supplies. Bath was clean and had all needed supplies. Beds were great, comphy. The only thing I want to draw attention to is accessibility. Not a criticism, but if one were disabled they would want to know: 2 steps down to kitchen, 3 steps more to bathroom, a full flight of steep steps outside down to the washer under the stairs”

"På grund av en akut kallelse till hjärtoperation blev det en lång och emotionell dag som tog väldigt mycket energi. Utan att ha något bestämt boende löste vi det och är så otroligt tacksamma för bemötandet vi fick här av Kristina och hennes kollegor i receptionen. De märkte snabbt att vi var i behov av att bara få andas och hämta igen oss och gav verkligen allt och lite till för att visa vilka förstående och empatiska människor de var. Dagen efter fick den opererade vila ut på rummet extra länge medans barnen fick vara och leka i poolen. Välbehövligt och tacksamt för alla inblandade! Tack!"
