Superb 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home, nestled in a quiet, residential cul-de-sac just minutes away from Dublin's stunning coastline. Dublin Dream Home offers the perfect blend of modern comfort & unbeatable convenience, making it an ideal choice for both leisure & business travelers. Built in 2016, the property has energy-efficient features, high-speed broadband, and parking for 2 cars on a private drive area - longer stays welcome!

Your Dublin Dream Home is a true sanctuary, designed with modern comforts and energy-efficiency in mind. The spacious and bright living room on the ground floor is the perfect place to unwind, with a 50-inch smart TV equipped with Sky, Netflix, and Paramount. Gorgeous wooden floors flow throughout this level, creating a wonderful airy feel. The living room has a small double sofa bed.

The kitchen is a true showstopper - a superb size with an island breakfast bar and a separate dining and seating area. The kitchen is fully equipped with with modern appliances, including an air fryer, a Nespresso Vertuo machine, and a utility area housing the washer and dryer. Patio doors provide direct access to the rear garden, seamlessly blending the indoor and outdoor living spaces.

Upstairs, the home continues to impress with its thoughtful design. The carpeted first floor houses three bedrooms, including an ensuite bedroom with a king size bed, and two additional bedrooms rooms with 2 single beds and a small double bed respectively. All bedrooms feature modern, light-filled decor and soft furnishings. The two bathrooms on this level, one ensuite and one separate, are beautifully appointed one with a walk-in shower and the other with full bath, both with WCs.

The second floor has a large master suite, a superb-sized bedroom with a king-size bed and space for an adult fold-out bed, and features an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and WC. This bedroom offer a view of the iconic "Poolbeg Chimneys". There is also a final fifth bedroom, a charming loft hideaway, on this floor with a single bed. Carpeted throughout, this upper level offers a private retreat for the ultimate in relaxation.

Important Policies

Please note that last-minute reservations made within 48 hours of arrival may require a check-in time change from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

The property only accepts the number of adults listed on the reservation. Additional guests not confirmed in the reservation will not be accepted.

Each Staying Guest must provide government-issued ID within 48 hours of booking and at check-in. Only confirmed Staying Guests are allowed to stay overnight.

Minimum check-in age: 21 years old. Please contact us before booking if you require an exception. An Additional Security deposit of EUR 750 will be required.

This property does not accommodate bachelorette, bachelor parties, or similar celebrations.

The property is located in a residential area with a noise abatement policy from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am. Guests are asked not to make excessive noise.

Guests must leave the property in the same condition as when they arrived.

Check-out is by 10:00 am. Late check-out may be available but must be arranged in advance and may incur an additional fee depending on housekeeping availability. Please note that if no prior agreement is made and check-out occurs after 10:00 am, a €500 fee will be charged due to disruption of our cleaning schedules. Late check-out is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

The guest will be liable for any payment processing charges related to guest initiated cancellations.

Check in:

Check-in is through a secure key safe located at the property. Remote assistance is available for check-in up until 10 pm to ensure a smooth arrival. Check-in after 10 pm is still possible through the key safe, though please note that remote assistance may not be available after that time. Full instructions will be provided to ensure a seamless arrival.

Penalties will apply for failing to follow house rules.

Guests will be charged for any damage caused to the property.

A penalty of €250 will be charged if smoking occurs in the property.

Policy on Noise

Please do take note of the following:

Please be reminded that this property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked not to make excessive noise. A noise abatement policy is in effect between 9 PM and 7 AM.

It is crucial that noise be kept to a minimum both inside and outside the property during these hours to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents in the area.

Please ensure that the back door is kept closed to help manage noise levels . Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Bins:

There are four bins located outside the property in front of the side gate:

- Blue Bin: For housekeeping use only—VERY IMPORTANT - THIS BIN IS NOT FOR WASTE - please do not discard any waste in this bin.

- Green Bin: For recycling only—please do not place any plastic bags in this bin.

- Black Bin: For household waste—please place rubbish in closed bin bags and dispose of them in the Black Bin.

- Brown Bin: For garden waste.

Guests staying on a Wednesday night are requested to place the bins at the end of the drive for collection. Guests staying on a Thursday are requested to return the bins to the front of the house next to the locked side gate. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation with these tasks.
