Was such a gorgeous property - would have loved to have stayed longer. Very handy having kitchen facilities. So stylishly decorated.”

“An amazing stay for the whole family. The owners really took their time to make us feel welcome and helped us with everything we needed. The fact that they bought a new flag since no one from Sweden been there before just to feel us welcomed says it all! A friendly hotel that wants you to enjoy your stay, what else can you look for? We are already trying to make plans to visit again. ”

“We had 6 glorious weeks in The Kereru’s Nest. Fay and James were wonderful hosts. A real home from home (with a pool, wonderful views, friendly locals, superb beach etc etc). I really miss the Old Packhouse Saturday market in Kerikeri and the splendid workout that the driveway gave us (we made it a daily ritual to walk down and back up again to get in our “steps”). Plenty of walks/tramps in the vicinity too for when we wanted to be more active. Thoroughly recommend. ”

“Marvelous setting, beautiful, immaculate gardens, one minute walk to the secluded beach. Wonderful view of the bay and incredible sunsets. The whole experience was beyond our expectations.
