She took care of stuff that required attention promptly. We ran into communication challenges exchanging and getting information via VRBO site but Cheryl and I manage to rectify the missing important details we required regarding arriving and entry to the property. The little hamlet of Mountain view has a nice general store for the items we forgot, and we had horses in a paddock out the patio window as foreground to a great view of the Mountains. Our hosts were responsive and professional. My family is excited to visit again. ”
