Hotell med parkering i Discovery Islands

“Vi bodde på Painter’s Lodge 3 nätter. Vi hade det bekvämt och bra på rummet. Receptionen var välkomnande men inte särskilt informativ. Maten på hotellet var dyr och tråkig. Det fanns ingen chans att ta sig in till city i Campbell River förutom att köra själv, så vi var hänvisade till hotellets restaurang. Första kvällen beställde jag och min man 2 helt olika rätter, men fick exakt samma mat förutom att köttet var olika. Sparkoncept. Vi valde att äta i puben de andra kvällarna med både billigare...

“Nice and quiet location, spacious room. Staff was friendly and helpful. The Restaurant wasn't open during our stay except for a continental breakfast for an extra fee, which we did not require, but to be fair it was offseason. I would definitely stay again, this was my 2nd visit.”

“ Historic Inn in a beautiful location. No TV or modern type amenities might bother some, but made for a very peaceful two evenings . Rooms are smaller due to age of the building but had a small private veranda . Brian at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed staying here. ”

The staff were all very pleasant and accommodating .We stayed in October ,this meant that the dining room would be closed within two days of our stay .Because of this reason, the dining room would not have everything on it's fairly expensive and limited menu as we found out in ordering wine ,certain salads and entrees. “Our room was spotless and had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable and we had a great view of the ferries coming and going. Also the price is very reasonable.”
