This beautiful home is going to make your next trip to Discovery Bay a vacation to remember! With its two bedrooms and loft, you'll have plenty of space to move around, and you'll love the vaulted ceilings, the cozy fireplace, and the modern designs found throughout the home. Natural light cascades in through the living area's large windows and sliding glass door. Outside, the balcony provides the perfect setting for those late-night catch-ups with old friends over glasses of local wine or, if you prefer, lounging around in the relaxing 6-person hot tub.

Put on a family board game night over the handsome dining table or select a good movie to watch on the large flatscreen smart TV. When you aren't pulling fish out of the delta or water skiing in the delta, take in a beautiful sunset on the deck.

This cozy place is fully modernized with all the amenities you'll need for a fabulous stay, including a convenient 50A electric vehicle charger in the garage. 5 Minutes away from deep water for your water sporting fun. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the spacious private deck or head over to the marina for some fun night life.

We do have outdoor cameras monitoring activity on our back deck as well as the side shed. There are no cameras on any indoor spaces.

Nice place to stay
Place was great except that I was in town for a Bass fishing tournament and I requested information prior to my stay about parking my bass boat. I had to disconnect my trailer daily, park the boat on the street, and back it down the street to get out of the neighborhood. Probably would try to find something a little more boat friendly next time.

Family Weekend
Whirlwind family get together ending the boating season. Even though the home is older, it is will maintained and well stocked with all the creature comforts. Side tie on the docked worked and the deck furniture was very comfortable and well maintained. Everyone loved the large conversation square of sofas. We used the bbq one night but did not have an opportunity to use the hot tub. The family enjoyed the home and we would rent again. Just wish small pets were allowed with a deposit of course.

Four Days in Discovery Bay
When we first arrived, we had to contact the Property Manager because we could not get in. Then, when that was fixed and we were able to go in, the place had not been cleaned at all. We had to do the laundry, sweep and mop and clean it ourselves. Upon talking with the Manager, he and the Owner were incredibly nice and made it all right on our end and even sent us some wine. Although there was a slight hiccup, we really enjoyed our stay and would go back!

Clean?
The duplex itself was beautiful and the inside was ver clean. However, the outside of the property was a complete mess. There were cobwebs on everything. So many cobwebs in fact, we couldn’t use the patio furniture. The hot tub was unusable and green with algae.Additionally, one additional problem was the upstairs AC did not work properly, so we were hot the entire time. Normally the lack of cleanliness outside wouldn’t have been such a huge deal, but considering how much we were charged for cleaning fees, we felt the standard should have been higher. Overall a nice place, but priced way too high.

Fun times even though our own boat broke down early in the trip.
The property and location are nice. Our boat broke down early in the trip, but we adjusted our plans by swimming, paddle boarding and paddle boating (thanks to the neighbor in the corner allowing us to use them. The property could use more dishes and silverware and a better frying pan. The air conditioner kept resetting to a different temperature and was difficult to operate. Reading the owner's 3-ring binder helped somewhat regarding the thermostat. Good location near the marina and fast water once you get out of the Discovery Bay residential area.

Lovely home with everything
A beautiful, comfortable home with space for relaxing and working. We enjoyed sunrise over the water on the deck, and the hot tub in the evening. The beds were very comfortable, and the EV charger in the garage was very convenient for us to test out a Tesla on our trip.

Great Hosts and Home
This easy to find duplex is a great place to stay in Discovery Bay. The entire space is clean and well cared for, with plenty of towels, bedding and all the basics provided. Although it was raining most our time there, the dock is beautiful with lots of seating and eating space, and the hot tub was warm on cooler nights. The host was excellent at communications, and the house has most of the basic amenities. There were plenty of little bottles of soap, shampoo and other basics, and the kitchen has pots, pans and utensils. There are stores close by for anything you need during your stay. We were visiting family in the area, including a 11 year old granddaughter who thought the loft with video games and an awesome view was the greatest room ever! She hopes we rent this home again soon. :)

My wife, daughter, 2 grandchildren aged 6 and 4 and I enjoyed our stay. We brought our 18 foot ski boat and boated for the entire week.

Large house with a lovely view of water from a huge deck
This is a well kitted out house with a lovely large deck to enjoy in warmer weather. We got use out of the hot tub and a bit of time just on the deck. Location is handy for the marina and the restaurant that is there. Safeway for some groceries and some other restaurants only a short drive away. A resident cat comes with the property, lives outdoors so was fine as I’m highly allergic! My daughters got a great thrill feeding it. Some construction work still ongoing around the property so was noisy on arrival day and on our last day (I think a neighbour was getting a new boat landing or deck area as there was a huge tanker drilling large poles in place) and another property getting some landscaping done so lots of activity happening. Not the fault of the property owners but did affect enjoying the lovely outdoor space. I would recommend the property to a friend to stay here if weather was nice to enjoy the outside space and possibly rent a boat, if the construction was finished with. All communication with the owner was perfect, they could not have been more helpful.

Amazing house!
Overall our stay was wonderful. The house was the perfect size and super clean. We enjoyed the deck and hot tub and loved watching a movie in the spacious living room with reclinable chairs. The owners were super nice and even offered to ship items we left behind. Would definitely recommend!

Great property, beautiful deck and view.
We really enjoyed this home. It was very clean, perfect for two couples. It had an awesome back yard to entertain on. We had family come over for a great Christmas Eve meal and views of the night sky. Also, bring a swim suit, the back yard has a hot tub.
