Ocean Front Beach House

Njut av ditt morgonkaffe när du ser soluppgången på det täckta däck eller veranda, båda med fri utsikt över havet. Somna till det lycksaliga ljudet av vågorna som kraschar på stranden. Denna snyggt inredda 2-nivå enhet har 3 sovrum och 1. 5 bad och ligger i hjärtat av Dewey Beach, där du kan gå till restauranger, barer och affärer.

Du kan till och med ta med din fyrbenta, furiga, familjemedlem! Dewey är väldigt hundvänlig! Hundar är tillåtna på stranden fram till 9:30 och efter 5:00 varje dag. Efter den 15 september är hundar tillåtna på stranden när som helst på dagen.

Oceanfront sovrummet har en king size-säng och en rulla säng, så kan bekvämt sova 4. De två vattensängarna är separerade av en stor dragkedeldörr eller kan öppnas för att göra ett rum. Första bay sidan sovrummet har en queen size-säng. Andra viken sida sovrummet har våningssängar.

Det finns ett badrum på sovrumsnivån och ett halvt bad på huvudnivån. Dessutom finns det en stå upp utomhusdusch på bayside däck i tvättstugan, som också rymmer tvättmaskinen / torktumlare.

Bottenvåningen har ursprungliga breda planka trägolv, medan köket och två badrum har skifferplattor. Trappan och landningen har nyligen omtorkats och trapporna på övervåningen avlägsnades och målades 2017. Det finns två bekväma soffor och en korgstol i vardagsrummet, och matsalen har plats för 6. Det finns också tre barstolar på köksbänken. Huvudnivån är målade en solig gul, medan sovrummen på övervåningen är målade en lugn grön och neutral solbränna.

Denna enhet kommer med en parkeringsplats (utanför gatan), tre utomhus däck, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, utomhusdusch, wifi, kabel-tv, och är hundvänlig. Det finns så mycket att göra i Dewey Beach! Under sommaren är varje måndag kväll filmnatt på stranden. Och på onsdagskväll är det Bonfire natt där du tar med kiddorna (eller inte) och gör s'mores vid vattnet!

Bra restauranger och barer ligger inom gångavstånd. De bästa krabba kakorna finns på Woody's, som är bokstavligen 2-3 kvarter bort. Efter att ha fyllt på Woody's kan du gå ner på gatan till Bottle & Cork och lyssna på levande musik. Det finns många andra bra restauranger och levande musikställen i Dewey, men du måste komma hit för att njuta av det! Så, försök inte, boka din semester på 9 Surfside Plaza och upplev det själv!

Repeat Visitor; And each visit gets better and better…….

Our visit was absolutely wonderful. The entire family enjoyed every comfort the newly renovated property offered. This was a tid bit I had not shared with my family beforehand; so hearing their Oos & Ahhs upon entry was warming. And the upper bedroom beach view never disappoints. It’s just spectacular! We’re grateful for yet another opportunity to experience the Sandy Paws Beach House. We look forward to returning.

Great off-season gem

We have always wanted to take our dogs to the beach, and Dewey is very dog friendly. Sandy Paws was the perfect spot for us. The house was spacious and beautiful. Both us and the dogs loved the screened in patio off of the master bedroom. We sat there and listened to the waves crash at night and watched the other dogs on the beach during the day. The host was great at communicating and helped make our trip special!

Amazing rental with a great host!

Awesome, super clean rental right on beachfront with amazing views- could sit in the upstairs balcony all day. Our host was very accommodating and always available. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful vacation

We stayed for a week and loved it. The condo is wonderful, esp the two decks, and being right on the beach is incredible. We also made numerous side trips up and down the coast and into Rehoboth. The visit was everything we could ask for in a beach vacation and then some. The owner is also wonderful, gracious and instantly responsive.

Perfect location

My family LOVED this condo. The beach access and view was the main reason I booked this condo. I’m already a regular Delaware beach vacationer. Everything was lovely. Leaving the sliding doors cracked at night and listening to the waves?!?! Can’t beat that. Would definitely rebook.

Ladies Beach Getaway

First time staying and would definitely book again. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. We left the sliding door opened upstairs to the screened in porch (a fav for the whole group!). Everyone kept their bedroom doors opened and we all and slept to the sound of the waves every night. We really liked the small deck by the front door ... nicely furnished and great place to hang out and read. Thank you, Susan!

Beautiful!

This home was beautiful and very clean. Every single thing was new and exceptionally appointed. All the furniture, beds, flooring, appliances, and decor were brand new and very nice! The entire home was very clean. The location right on the beach was perfect for our family with 5 kids. The views from the top deck were gorgeous! We were very pleased and would rent here again.

Oceanfront Treat!

Great unit, not big but it’s newly renovated with a full kitchen, open floor plan, great light and best of all a first floor deck and second level screened porch off the primary overlooking the beach and ocean! Could sit on the porch for hours just watching the ocean and listening to the waves. There is also a deck in the front with chairs and table, and a first floor powder room. Location is central to restaurants and downtown Rehoboth but the trade off is that the area can get busy. Overall had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend! Would be perfect in any season.

Slice of Heaven

We had an incredible time staying at the Sandy Paws Beach House. The updates to the property are gorgeous. Everything is so peaceful and serene. I would give anything to be back on the front balcony off the master bedroom listening to the waves crash on the beach. The owner was very communicative and helpful during our stay. I highly recommend renting this property.

Beautiful beach house

Perfect location with amazing ocean views! Beautiful place that’s been recently renovated. It’s very comfortable and really has everything you need to have a wonderful stay. We spent the days on the beach, walked to dinner, then walked to Sunset Park then back to the house to enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony watching and listening to the ocean. Looking forward to our next visit!

Fantastic Dog-Friednly Beachfront Condo

This is our second time here because we so enjoyed it the last time. Susan has upgraded the condo in very tasteful ways, which makes the space even more inviting and comfortable. The upgrades are like cherry on the sundae. The thing that is most wonderful about Susan's place is that you are right on the water. You can see, hear, and smell the ocean from the first and second floors, inside or on the porches. And you can be on the beach in less than a minute. The fact that both the condo and Dewey are so dog friendly was also fantastic. We derived a lot of vicarious pleasure seeing our dog's utter joy playing on the beach. Finally, Susan is incredibly responsive to any messages. I momentarily hesitated to leave such a glowing review for fear that the place will be booked next time we want to rent it!! :)

Amazing vacation

We love this condo--right on the beach, with two porches overlooking the ocean. The condo has EVERYTHING you could want and is very clean. Close to Woody's for crab cakes; walking distance to Rehoboth. We had great weather and sat on the beach in the beach chairs provided. Two small pods of dolphins put on a show right in front of my chair on Thursday. Honestly, I can't think of any way the stay could have been better!

Beach Fun in the Fall

We really enjoyed this little beach townhouse. Location could not be better. We loved being able to see, hear, and smell the ocean on both floors. Our puppy was in heaven playing on the beach and making lots of doggie friends. (Dewey is extremely dog friendly). The townhouse and its furnishings are simple but comfortable, with a cozy feel. Our only complaint was that the cheap toaster didn’t work; something that can easily be solved. We will definitely be returning!!

Great dog friendly beach rental with everything you need!

Communication with the owners was excellent: detailed, and prompt. The property was exactly as described. Gorgeous views, esp from the upper deck. We had everything we needed for a week of fun on the beach with our dogs! Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. We especially appreciated the private beach entrances from the property which allowed us to walk barefoot in the sand to the water directly from our lodging! We look forward to staying here again!

Perfect location!

We had a great stay with our family! You can't beat the view! Even on rainy days, the upstairs screened in porch was perfect for hanging out. It was amazing to fall asleep listening to the waves and wake up to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee on the beach steps outside your door. The space is cozy and was perfect for us, along with my mom and toddler. We would love to come back and would recommend Susan and her home to anyone looking for a cozy beach cottage feel with an amazing view and location.

Quaint beach condo

The property at first glance is cute when you walk in the front door. The location is awesome. The you go upstairs to put your bags away in your room. Then you realize you rented 2 bedrooms instead of 3 supposedly there is a divider to split the bayside bedroom, which is broken. There is only 1 full bathroom, which is full of mold and mildew and is small. There is a 1/2 bathroom on the main floor which is also small, and an outdoor shower that was put in a utility closet outside. The description of the space is misleading, and one of us ending up sleeping on a couch for the week. Not ideal and very uncomfortable.
