“It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. ”

“Perfect location, cozy bedrooms and a wonderful stay. Spent 6 days in Newport right before Christmas. Could walk to almost everything and when we drove the parking spot was a huge plus. We really lucked out with the weather & had several beautiful days. But even on the last rainy day we walked & shopped all day. My kids loved having their own rooms. The beds were very comfortable, the upper deck was a huge plus even in winter. I appreciated the space heater by the bathroom. Newport is...

“Cottage is small but well equipped. The welcome gifts were wonderful and very thoughtful. The property is close enough to a few different points of interest like Dartmouth and Newport, as well as some other areas we werent aware of but found very unique. The welcome packet dies a great job of highlighting things to do in the area.”

“Our extended family loves Marie's place! The cousins love soending alone time in the kid cabins, and the dining room table is great for a rousing game of Monopoly Go. Nice huge TV makes movie nights fun, and the pool can't be beat. Thanks for a great visit!”

“My young adult daughters and I spent a few days at this lovely place to catch up and spend time together. Once we parked the car we didn’t need it for our entire stay. We enjoyed the cliff walk, area restaurants, and shopping. The location of this place was perfect. There was plenty of room for all three of us. It was well stocked with keurig pods for the mornings. Plenty of towels. Comfy beds with super soft cozy blankets. We would totally stay there again. Thank you Matt and Ryan. ”
