“First of all, this property overlooks gorgeous meadows, and in the morning you’ll wake up to birdsong and golden hour (there are blackout curtains though, should you need them). I saw so many varieties of birds, I almost bought a birding guide just for my stay. My favorite were the magpies. “This was the perfect size and location for our short stay in Oxford. There is a bus stop directly outside of your door and it takes you right into town. Also super easy to catch a bus right back to where you’re staying! The host was extremely helpful and responsive. It also sits in a nice walkable neighborhood. Highly recommend! ”

“The Orchard is a fantastic property. The place is shiny new with top fixtures and a lovely layout that is comfortable but also blends in with the strongly bucolic spirit of the region. We didn't mind the lack of tv as it encouraged us to really venture out and explore the Cotswolds. Church Hanborough is also a lovely village to explore on foot from the property, though you need to drive a few minutes for other services. It's also only 30 minutes from downtown Oxford and 1.5 hours from central...

“Excellent property very conveniently situated for a pre Christmas walkable visit to Blenheim Palace. Also, less than a five minute walk to Woodstock’s fine pubs and restaurants.
