“Everything about this trip was ELITE. Communication was great, the property manager/owner really cares about your stay and experience, and you can feel that. The house itself is incredible. The kitchen, dining room, bedrooms, sitting rooms, deck space, game room, guest house, all simply outstanding. The beach is less than 50 steps from the door. The views are absolutely breathtaking. Appreciated the "accessories" - the hot tub, swimming pool, grills, Keurig, pool table, ping pong table, foosball...

“The hotel was great once we were able to get into the building. The door code that was sent did not work and it took 45 minutes to navigate it between an online dashboard that didn't work and a call center that took 7 minutes to pick up. Once in the hotel, it was great. Clean comfortable, no frills in a way that is great. ”

“This is a different hotel experience. There is not a front desk or on-site staff but the communication via text is excellent. We had an issue with our heat and it was solved reasonable quickly. The person who fixed it also helped coordinate an extension for our stay. The lake view is amazing and there is a trail in the back of the property for walking or biking. The common areas are also comfortable and clean. ”
