“Build in some time for check out cleaning - especially if you have the whole place occupied. Suffice to say there was lots of booze drunk, full trash in the many bathrooms and a kitchen full of food after our four days of a party of 22!! We had a blast and the vibe and river were perfect. We swam, kayaked, hot tubbed and hung out in the many lounge spaces. The house is well set up and maintained!!”

“I asked the owners if they would be open to a well behaved dog if we booked multiple weekends in a row during several months for hunting season. They said no which is fine. It doesn't hurt to ask. We booked one night since we didn't have arrangements yet and this is near property we just leased. We didn't get to this cabin until after 6pm. “The Perch is an amazing rental comfortable beds, nice layout well stocked kitchen with even spices that u can use. Shampoo and soap included. Hairdryers in every bathroom! Nice towels, nice bedding. Spiders are a little bit of an issues in exterior area but I just swept most of them away. Perfect location with a Tiki Bar and Restaurant in walking distance. Amazing water views! The best VRBO we have ever rented!!!! Will book again when in the area.”

“The house was very nice, well kept, and clean. It provided a great place for my family & extended family to enjoy the long weekend. We had a great time. The wood outside is beginning to deteriorate. The railing by the grill is very loose. I would suggest removing the old broken water toys (jet ski in the water & driveway). While there was enough space at the dock to tie up my boat & Jet Ski, if the owner's boat was trailered when renters were there it would allow the renters to place their boat...
