“The house was location in a safe area with walk out to the beach as advertised . The design and quality material of the house is great. However, water leaked into first floor bedroom when it rained. There was pealing of plaster on the lanai. The family room had connections for TV and other devises , but there was no TV. “We brought family and friends to Villa Del Mar for a week long stay. We hosted our wedding at the villa as well. We had a wonderful experience. The food was fabulous. Omar, Joel, and Jose were so nice and helpful. Rebecca went above and beyond to help me plan the wedding for 10 months prior to our arrival. But be aware that a big apartment complex is being built next door, with trucks and caterpillars starting to rumble around shortly after 7 in the morning.
