“I'd give this place a 9/10, I would definitely stay here again if I ever visit Seattle again. The room is great and had everything I needed (and more - I never even used the stove). It had a fridge, cutlery, microwave, toasters and other kitchen tools that I barely even touched. The TV system was also top notch with a large variety of streaming services and regular TV. The Ballard area is a far cry from the at-times chaotic downtown Seattle, it is a calm neighbourhood with great restaurants,...

“We enjoyed the view in this cozy little cabin. The hot tub was our favorite and appreciated the robes provided. There were some maintenance issues that need to be addressed, however, such as 1. the wall heater not working correctly (knob falls off), 2. kitchen sink does not drain properly when washing a few dishes. Also, I believe you should show how small the shower/bathroom is, so renters are not caught off guard. We were not expecting that from a "luxury" cabin.”

“The tiny house was great and clean for a quick overnight stay. Only issue was trying to figure out which house it was in the dark. ( we are adventurous and stay out late) Id suggest putting a solar lamp on sign and put a house number up. Other then that it was perfect. For future stays for anyone upcoming once youre at the end of the druveway. Turn right into cabin sites. First cabin on your left ”

“We picked this place because it was 5 minutes from our son's house. It is a very nice basement apartment. Spacious kitchen and a cozy fireplace. Two things that would take away from the stay were not being able to control the heat and the footsteps of the occupants upstairs. But, you would have the same in a condo or apartment rental. The house is in very quiet neighborhood, which we loved. Most likely would stay again. ”

“We loved our stay! This property is adorable and cozy on the edge of the lake. Communication about access to the property was great. There is a long staircase which feels sturdy and was rather steep down to the house. We were there in January and the stairs stayed ice free although the deck iced over easily. We had no problems with grippy shoes.If planning to cook extensively I would recommend bringing additonal cooking implements. The kitchen is equipped with the basics and is hand wash only.”
