“A quite modern development, but to us it lacked charm and traditions. The beaches are great, and the restaurants in Troia are OK. The hotel/apartment building is well equipped, but not very charming.”

“The villa is perfect for a large group. it caters for all ages. there is a fantastic supermarket close by. The facilities in the complex are great. some lovely beeches a short drive away. car recommended if you want to go out and about. Communication with the host was always excellent and professional - thanks so much!”

“A wonderful get away from the buzz , romantic and close to nature . Great area for lounging with a natural pool as well as a back infinity one. Pizza shop with salads, tried the ruccola presunto- ok but not magic . They offer breakfast at 12 € but we skipped . ”

“Bra resorthotell för de som bara vill ha bad och avkoppling. Bra att det finns inomhuspool, utomhuspool och Atlanten som badalternativ. Vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Utöver sol och bad finns dock inte mycket att göra i Troia.”

“The house was great with many bedrooms and a lovely kitchen. The garden is lovely with a large pool. If you have a car, the location is great with proximity to fine nature, golf, beaches and much more. We recommend the house and the landlord warmly.”

“Hemos estado 15 personas durante una semana y hemos acabado encantados con el alojamiento y con la zona. Máxime es encantador y nos ha dado muchas facilidades para todo. La casa está equipada con todo lo necesario y es muy amplia. Nos facilitó recomendaciones de restaurantes y de cosas a hacer por la zona y todas fueron muy acertadas. Un alojamiento muy recomendable que si volvemos por la zona, repetiremos. ”

“The vacation apartment was quiet and spacious, making it an excellent place to relax for a few days. There are plans for improvements around the pool, which will make it perfect, but even as it is, the pool is still great to use.”

“There was mold dust on the cutlery and I found a pair of black lace underwear. I had a big reaction to the mold while I was there. Probably because it hadn’t been rented in awhile. We had to drive down into Sesimbra because we were up so high on the hillside. ”

Allt perfekt utom gångavståndet till centrum

"Lugnt läge.Hög standard med stora rymliga rum och stor rymlig säng. Bra frukostbuffe. Enda nackdelen är om man vill gå till centrum/havet så har man ca 1,5 km branta backar för att ta sig hem. Taxi finns bara ibland, då det inte är så stor ort"

Nice, beautiful and calm

"Really nice and welldesigned hotel. Quiet and calm during our stay. We booked a room with balcony and view towards the pool and garden. Good breakfast, nice sun deck and pool bar. Beautiful room with a modern clean look. Shuttle to the beach and the possibility to rent bikes. We had a car and that is the best option I think, so you can visit other beaches along the costa da Caparica. Nice restaurant all over the area. Near Lisbon which is nice. There were a few guests with dogs. "

"Trevlig personal, speciellt i restaurangen. Fint hotell generellt med spel o lek för barnen o anpassad barnmeny i restaurgen. Ni skulle behöva fixa lite detaljer i rummen för att hålla kvaliteten ni vill. Tex de bruna noppriga filtarna som bäddas som täcken till bäddsofforna, släng dem och använd samma täcke som till sängarna. Lite slitna detaljer i rummet o badrummet som skulle kunna höja helhetsupplevelsen också så som lister. Saknade balkong/altan men sov endast en natt så det var helt ok för priset."

Hopefully they had a very bad day

"Of course they had a bad day. But it cannot be only that. Used towel on the bathroom floor when checking in. The receptionist refused to admit that half board meant more than breakfast (was solved later on). Waiting time for the food at the restaurant was near two hours. Even though they had few guests. And the quality was below medium. But nice surroundings and good breakfast."

Good hotel right on the beach

"Great location. Very clean and the cleaning staff does a great job. Without them it would be a tired old hotel. Helpful and kind staff. Breakfast room very noisy from 0900. Beach is virtually across the road. Be prepared to eat the local food as the choice of restaurants in this small town is limited. Gym has lots of space. AC in room is quiet and cool. I recommend a room facing the sea. "
