“Sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen. Super gepflegt und mit traumhafter Aussicht. Como ist ca 30 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Der Pool ist sehr schön und das Haus großzügig geschnitten mit viel Platz. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.”

What others have stated is true: If you want to experience Lake Como from an actual neighborhood, look no further. But the most wonderful thing about this property is the host, Giulia. She is a fabulous communicator with a warm and generous heart. We had an emergency situation during our stay and Giulia went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok. “I will admit that i knew this property had no air conditioning. But, booking for the middle of September, I thought that we would be comfortable at night with open windows. HOWEVER, the street noise is very loud and goes all night!! You cannot sleep with the windows open. Save yourself some misery and restless sleep. The apartment is very cute and in a good location and this problem could be easily resolved for the future by adding some air conditioning!”

“Photos online were of some of the property, but not specific to our apartment. Great deck and dock. Had fun exploring the little path that takes you all the way to Nesso and the waterfall. ”

“We loved our stay at this property. Hosts were very helpful and the veranda was just beautiful. Too bad the weather was not better to enjoy it. Apartment is very comfortable. We had lots of space for the four of us to relax. Property is very close to the ferry station too.”

“Nice and spacious apartment and decor. So nice to have the management company in the same building. They were very accommodating. Good restaurants nearby plus grocery and pharmacy. A block from the ferry making it convenient to visit other towns on the lake.”

“Beautiful home with two gorgeous terraces. The shower is a bit tight but the main bathroom is overall very nice. Parking is a bit of a challenge but it’s not terrible you just need to orient yourself in the area because there is lots of parking a very short walk from the property. Angelo is an amazing host. Live like a local at this villa!”
