Denna helt ombyggda lägenhet är direkt Gulf Front vid sitt bästa! Vi har precis avslutat en större renovering i januari 2018 och vår enhet har helt nya plattor hela, nya rostfria vitvaror och kvartsitplattor, och ett klassiskt friskt, öppet utseende som kommer att glädja dig!

Vår lägenhet ligger på översta våningen och vår uppfattning är fantastiskt. Enhet 716 är inte en "middle stack" -enhet, så utsikten är överlägsen!

Beläget på den ständigt populära Holiday Surf och Racquet Club på exklusiva Holiday Isle ... en halvö omgiven av Mexikanska golfen och Destin Harbor ... Visa socker vit sand och smaragdgröna vattnet i Mexikanska golfen direkt från ditt eget vardagsrum och egen balkong!

Du behöver inte korsa vägen för att njuta av surfa här. Bort från US Highway 98 trafik, men några minuter från restauranger, shopping, båthamnar, fiske, golf, och nöjen. Gå eller jogga på Holiday Isle är två och en halv miles av trottoarer eller cykel genom sina lugna stadsdel gator. Ingenting annat i Destin kan jämföra!

Denna ett sovrum, ett badrum, sjunde våningen enhet sover sex ... med två fulla sängar i sovrummet och en queen size-bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Kocken hittar ett öppet koncept fullt utrustat kök ... med en fantastisk utsikt över Mexikanska golfen! Matbord sitter fyra med två fläckar vid frukostdisken. Vi har en 42 "Hi Def TV i vardagsrummet och en 32" Hi-Def TV i sovrummet om du träffar en regnig dag eller vill titta på en DVD på natten.

ANMÄRKNINGAR: Minsta hyresavgift 25 år och kontrolleras vid incheckning av personalen. Vår lägenhet tillåter inte några husdjur och det är en rökare lägenhet. $ 300. 00 Reservation Depositionsavgift vid bokning, full balans betalas 30 dagar före ankomstdatum. Strandstolstjänst ingår inte i vår enhetens hyreskostnad, men du kan normalt hyra för $ 30 / dag från leverantören av strandtjänster, ta med egna stolar hemifrån eller köpa något billigt lokalt på närliggande WalMart eller Target.

Strax utanför Holiday Surf dörr kan du kliva in i vår uppvärmda poolen ... eller ta några steg över socker vit sand att simma i den vackra smaragdgröna vattnet i Mexikanska golfen. Holiday Surf erbjuder två tennisbanor och träningsanläggningar på plats. Möjligheter till paddel ombordstigning, kajakpaddling, parasailing, snorkling och fiske kan hittas längs stranden också.

Holiday Surf & Racquet Club ligger en liten bit öster om den "bryggor", där den Mexikanska golfen och Destin Harbor möts, en plats känd för bra snorkling och dykning. Och det perfekta stället för i slutet av dagen ... Här kan du titta på en parad av båtar återvänder från viken till hamnen som, bakom dem, när solen precis i Mexikanska golfen.

Bara några minuters bilresa tar dig till Destin Harbor ... hem Destin världsklass charter fiskeflotta, plus segling utflykter, solnedgång kryssningar, jet ski och ponton båtuthyrning, dykning, snorkling och delfiner tittar ... också , underbara utsikt över vattnet och roliga hamnstänger. I närheten finns rikligt shoppingmöjligheter ... från exklusiva butiker till outlet-butiker, antikviteter och konst till sandaler och badkläder. Ett flertal golfbanor och nöjesparker är bara en kort bilresa bort.

Our Florida Vacation

We had such a good time in Destin. The beach was so beautiful. The view from the condo was so beautiful. Being on the 7th floor, we had the best view of the Gulf of America!Our condo was decorated so cute. Everything was very clean and comfortable. What a great place. We enjoyed the Destin harbor walk and the seafood was so delicious. Another good reason to revisit Florida. Thank You to the owners for giving us the opportunity to stay at your place.

Friendly Resort

I was more than pleased with this condo! I encountered a lovely group of long term renters who welcomed me into their group. I played pickle ball daily, attended a pickle ball skills clinic, enjoyed a fish fry/ potluck attended by about 50 renters and participated in a beer tasting. And I was in a beautiful condo on a gorgeous beach!!

The perfect condo unit!

We have been staying at the Holiday Surf and Racquet Club for 20 years or more and always keep coming back. And we ALWAYS try to book this unit. The unit is really nice. Has a great view, plenty of storage, hangers, kitchen supplies, etc. The view from the 7th floor balcony of the aqua green water, and sandy white beach is awesome. The Holiday Surf and Racquet Club has the perfect location for all the great restaurants (and for shopping for my wife!). I just got back home yesterday and am already looking to book this unit again for next year.

Great location, wonderful stay!

The condo was super clean upon arrival. There were plenty of towels for the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were super soft. Frank was very communicative prior to our stay answering our questions about the condo. We loved the location and the access to the beach is super easy to get to. The pool is great and nice size. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful view!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The view was beautiful from this 7th floor condo with easy access to the beach. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. This unit does not have a washer and dryer inside the unit which we would have preferred. The only other issue was an issue with the keypad lock which only needed new batteries and the homeowner resolved this quickly. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo.

Great Communication - Above and Beyond

We had a fantastic and wonderful stay at this property! The condo is exactly as advertised, clean and with an incredible view of the Gulf. The location is close to everything in Destin and a short drive from the Gulfarium, which we highly recommend for all ages. The owner went above and beyond after we left a pair of very expensive prescription sunglasses at the condo and mailed them back promptly. Outstanding service and a great location and view!

Unbelievably Amazing Condo

We could not have been more happy with this condo. It was at an amazing location with the beach being and walking distance. We were able to walk to the beach anytime we wanted and the view from our patio was just so beautiful. There’s no words to describe it. You should absolutely book this condo. It was clean, comfortable, and even simple things like the blender and hairdryer were just great quality. Everything was new and nice and we had such an amazing time!!! We definitely will book this condo anytime we come back if it’s available!

Clear water

Our view from the 7th floor balcony was awesome. The aqua green colors of the water, the white sandy beaches, the waves lapping. It was mostly in the 80's in the daytime during our stay. Caesar and Chris were excellent workers there !

Great Condo!

This condo was exactly as described. Very clean and owners were very quick to respond to messages. There were a few nice extra touches such as rack to hang wet clothes, many hooks in bathroom for towels and clothes, and two kinds coffee pots. Great condo, great resort, great location, and great view of ocean.
