“Perfect location right on the beach and close to the pier, stores, restaurants etc. Big, 1-bedroom apt with kitchen, big sofa bed and two balconies. Friendly and helpful staff. Free indoor parking. Great pool area. Pool table and shuffle board in activity room. This was overall just a perfect place for a family vacation. ”

“Unfortunately all of the amenities are closed as of 8/25/2024. We booked specifically for the kiddie pool area and it was not disclosed that the pool deck was still in ruins from hurricane damage. The room was beautiful and very clean, super easy access to the beach so we made the most of our stay! ”

“Location is what attracted us. Easy access to beach. The willingness of the staff/Artemi to make sure we liked our room and fixing toilet immediately, the deck, the pool, the porch, the hall made up for a couple of maintenance issues. The beds were comfortable which is important. The room was clean. Samantha made us omelettes for breakfast which were delicious. Very pleasant lady ready to make your breakfast special. OVERALL we liked our stay. ”

“This was our fourth year staying at the Fountain and our fourth year renting this unit. Our daughter and son in-law came with us this year and we had them stay in this unit. It is always neat, clean and has everything you could possibly need. We had a great time. ”

“Condo was clean, had beach toys for us if we would have needed them. Property manager was great and worked with us when we contacted him. Basic needs were met+ many small amenities that go overlooked, like salt and pepper were provided. The price was on point for the room itself. The flooring and the wall behind a recliner was a little scrapped up. We didn’t use the tv that much, but it was very small for the room size and looked out of place, needs at least a 43” tv. The balcony view”seaside”...

“We stayed at the property for a dance competition. The property was in walking distance to the Ocean Center, which was wonderful. (We did end up driving to the Ocean Center on days when we had heavy costumes to carry, but the location was perfect for days when we just walked over to watch the competition!). There are multiple restaurants and shops within walking distance. The pools and lazy river were a hit with my daughter, and the beach access was easy (no long walk down a boardwalk or...

“The ad for this property is deceiving you don't get access to the pool to the workout area to the sauna to the hot tub. If you see this listing just know it's only the room and that's it. If you have kids like myself, they were very disappointed that they could not use the pool. I also messaged them months ahead of time and never received a response back.”

“Fantastiskt läge för sol och bad. Lite slitet hotell men delvis under renovering. Från poolen kan man gå ut direkt på beachen. Vi såg delfiner och pelikaner från vår altan dagligen. Lite på sidan om centrum. Några restauranger på gångavstånd annars bil. Jag kan definitivt tänka mig att bo här igen.”

"Servicenivån i receptionen är svajig. Av fyra personer som vi fick hjälp av var tre relativt sura och snorkiga. Den fjärde var neutral trots att han gav oss en uppgradering till svit. Kändes inte som att det var en sund arbetsmiljö som ger glada medarbetare. Ljudnivån vid poolen (speciellt vid den mindre gitarrpoolen) är riktigt hög. Gick inte att njuta och vilka då den höga musiken mer var stressande. Trots att skyltar tydligt angav att man inte fick reservera solstolar så var ca 50% av platserna tagna (men inte utnyttjade). Här har poolpersonalen något att jobba på för att öka upplevelsen som kund. Ex: sätt max 30 min utan att utnyttja stolen så får någon annan ta den! Vi var nöjda med rummet då vi blev uppgraderade till en svit. "

"Bilderna på hotellet var fina. Hotellet var dock MYCKET slitet och ofräscht. Söndrig dörr, saftybox, kylskåp, skrivbordsstol, bubbelpool och tapeter. Frukosten bestod av yoghurt, kaffe och muffins. Vi checkade ut tre dagar tidigare än planerat eftersom vi inte ville bo kvar."
