Denna fantastiska nybyggnation på gångavstånd från Henderson Ave restauranger och shopping har flera fönster som möjliggör ett överflöd av naturligt ljus, ett bifogat 2 bilgarage, anpassat skåp, kvartsbänkskivor och SS-apparater i kök med en privat balkong från vardagsrummet . Fantastic stay
Condo was clean, well-appointed, spacious, well-decorated, and comfortable - everything we could have asked for. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Nice to have a garage. I will stay here again.

Great condo!
We came to Dallas for the Mecum car auction. The condo was clean, well appointed, decorated well and super comfortable. We loved that it had a garage. The people watching was great, as well as the view of the Dallas downtown skyline and the planes coming in. The owner was very responsive to questions and we had no issues. We would stay here again! Great Location to Dallas Downtown
This beautiful property was perfect for our family trip of sightseeing and great food options to pick up on the way back. The property had everything we needed. I had to do some rearranging of decor items as I find it strange how lights are not over close to furniture. Loved that my car was in a garage!! This seems to be a college age crowd area as lots of St. Patty celebrations happening. There are a couple of hang out joints across the street and this is a busy road so if you sleep lightly, this may not be for you. I would def stay here again!!

I’ll be back
This is a gem of a place that I will be back to. I have a child at SMU. The location is great, the layout of the unit is wonderful. Love having the bedrooms upstairs. It has tons of light and the kitchen is well appointed. I stayed for a week so being able to cook is important to me.

Convenient and Clean
This property was conveniently located to downtown, restaurants, grocery stores, and highways. The drive into downtown was always less than 10 minutes. With this convenience comes a bit of traffic and noise so if you are not a city person remember earplugs or soundscapes. Property was clean! Stocked with many necessities.

A Great Stay
My brother and I recently stayed here on a trip to Dallas and I have to say, I was very pleased with this place! Management was very responsive and helpful. The photos give an accurate sense of how we experienced these accommodations- a beautiful, spacious layout with as much natural light as you could want. The kitchen was well appointed too. It's very easy access to 75 (Major north-south highway) and an easy 5-10 minute drive from an incredible variety of restaurants, pubs, and other entertainment venues. I would certainly stay here again and I would recommend it to friends.

Mostly positive experience
The property was very clean and well appointed. Spacious for a two bedroom condo. The only thing we found lacking was the quality of the windows. The street was occasionally very loud and the windows did not block the sound very well.

Great place!
The property was just as described in the listing. It was lovely and clean. The Kitchen was stocked with anything you needed to cook and serve. Many amenities such as shampoo, lotion, many towels, detergent, paper towels such a nice surprise. The property manager is quick in responding to all questions. The location was great but the neighborhood was loud on the weekend late into the morning hours. It is directly across from a liquor store and late night pizza place. We enjoyed our visit and felt completely safe the entire time.

Solid property with a great location!
The property was plenty spacious and very clean. Communication with the property manager was excellent and very responsive, as well. As a Marriott rewards member, I was hesitant about booking outside my comfort zone. That said, I will be staying again for my next trip to Dallas! The only downside that I experienced was the size of the garage. A full-size pickup or Chevy Suburban will not fit without leaving the garage door open; good to keep in mind if traveling as a larger group. I could barely fit my midsize truck and loved the security of having my vehicle secured throughout the night. 10/10!

Nice property, great location
Had a very nice time for a pleasure trip in Dallas. Townhouse was newly built. The location was great. Close to restaurants and main highway. Took a nice walk and not too far away was the upscale area of Highland Park. Only issue we had were ants on the kitchen counter. A phone call to Lisa the property manager and she was very responsive. I will definitely stay here again.

Great on so many levels (three)
This property is nicely appointed, comfortable, and located within a walk or short drive of whatever you want or need in Dallas — on three floors of a nicely designed property. Parking is a garage, which is super secure. It’s located across the street from tacos, pizza, and a great liquor store. Down the street is coffee and pastries. Finally, Lisa was super responsive, kind, and informative. 10/10 recommend this property.

Nice & Clean! A/C Unit not friendly
The unit was very clean and has everything you need in the kitchen & bathrooms. Beds are very comfy and sheets were soft. Great showers along with soft towels! Only complaint is that the A/C unit is monitored, we were gone most of the day leaving at 8am and returning at 7pm we set the A/C on 69 and each day when we returned both thermostats (upstairs & downstairs) read the temperature to be 75 degrees. This was way too warm since we were there in June. The Texas heat is a killer, so 75 degrees is not pleasant to walk into. Once we got home and lowered the temp, it would cool down, but once it didn't scenes movement, the temp would climb back up. So, at night when you are sleeping the temp reads 70, and in the middle of the night or around 4am....the temp is back up to 75. It would be nice to be able to have complete control over the A/C unit. Other than that, this unit is great! Also, if you choose to stay here you must try Zalats Pizza right across the street.
