This could have been a five star review. Communication was great. Had no issues with location. Location was great. Walked in the apartment. It appeared clean until it was time for us to go to bed, and we pulled back the covers to find dirty sheets. They were black with white stains on them. There were sheets in the closet that I’m not sure where clean either, but I had given them to my daughter to sleep with on the couch because the couch looked dirty also. Not having a clean place to sleep ruined the whole experience if the bed had just been clean, this would’ve been a five star.

Very nice place, check-in could have been smoother
A few days in advance, I received an email with details, including accessing the secure building, check-in with digital entry code, etc. The email noted the critical importance of a key fob to be found in the unit to ensure continued access. The manager then texted a link to an app, but without clear explanation. With the direct help of the manager's assistant, I gained access to the building, but the digital entry code given for entering the unit did not work. The assistant then gave me a working code. Upon entry, I searched for the key fob (for 10 minutes) as instructed, but no fob was found. I then learned the app replaced the key fob. But creating a new account in the app required info not initially provided. Once again, the assistant gave me login info. Once established, the app was easy to use, and provided easy access through two secure doors. The unit is very nice, appeared very clean (see below), has all the amenities, and is nicely furnished. There were no further concerns until the morning of check out, when I found a roach in the bathroom. The neighborhood is typical for a big city downtown: some sketchy characters, but I had no problems. The building's best features: 1) a good casual Mexican restaurant is on ground level, and 2) it's 2 blocks from a stop on the city's excellent rail transit system (DART). DART can take you quickly and directly to and from Love Field for minimal cost. Overall it was a nice stay, and with a few tweaks, it would earn 5 stars.

A perfect business trip apartment
Clean. Quiet. Convenient. Located 1 block from the train station providing convenient access to the entire city, including DFW airport and the convention center. Due to a late flight, I was apprehensive about checking in by phone after midnight, but Mary was reassuring with her communication leading up to my trip and fast to get me checked in and into the apartment upon my arrival. A wonderful, affordable stay in downtown Dallas. As a bonus, there is a US Post Office and a UPS store within about 2 blocks for any needs! Thanks!

Enjoyed the stay. Very nice modern apartment. The only thing that was a negative is it need’s blackout curtain and sound machine. There is a flock of birds that tweet all morning. BUT, don’t let that steer you from not renting. It is a great place and great location! Owner super friendly.

A very enjoyable condo
We enjoyed our anniversary and holiday get-away to Dallas staying in this cozy condo. We enjoyed the cleanliness, spaciousness and quietness of the condo even though located in the heart of downtown. We liked that it was within walking distance to attractions and good, local restaurants/cafe's. We appreciated the ease of the check-in, check-out process, with detailed instructions. We would highly recommend staying in this cozy condo while visiting Dallas.

Great stay
I stayed here for a work trip rather than a hotel. It was cheaper than staying at the hotel where the conference was and was a quiet, clean property. I was able to buy food the the week and store/cook it when needed. I used the gym on the first floor in the mornings to work out. The washer and dryer in the bathroom was a nice amenity to have. I was able to wash my clothes before returning home. I would definitely stay here again. Ms. Knight was pleasant to speak with and answered all my questions promptly.

Perfect location
This unit was just as advertised. The location was perfect! It was walking distance to most of the downtown sights, nightlife and restaurants. The check in process was seamless and the host was responsive to any questions we had. Unfortunately the pool was not opened for most of our 4 day stay but we did get out there one afternoon and it was beautiful. I would definitely recommend staying at this property.
