Sekretess för två par i sovrum i motsatta ändar av hemmet med vardera eget badrum. (Mästaren är en ensuite). Sovplatser 4 vuxna (två par) bekvämt med en extra dubbelsäng säng som sover två. Den totala sömnkapaciteten är 6 personer.

• Nyligen dekorerad Gulf Getaway i Paradise Village of Shell Point, mindre än 1000 meter från Shell Point Beach som nyligen har renoverats med ren vit sand och en bedårande piratlekplats.
• Ligger 27 mil söder om centrum av Tallahassee.
• Vårt gästhem är inredda i lugna buktfärger. Det stora sovrummet har en Queen size-skummadrass och är eget med en regnskogsdusch. Ett andra privata sovrum med en fullstor minnesskumsäng ligger intill ett badkar med dusch. Sovrummen ligger i motsatta ändar av bostaden med vardagsrummet och ett tredje sovrum mellan att ge integritet för två par. Det tredje sovrummet är möblerat med en dubbelspjäll.
• Fullt utrustat kök med serveringsbar är öppet mot vardagsrum / matplats med ett Drexel Heritage matbord med plats för upp till 8 bekvämt med löv installerade.
• Det no-see-um-bevis som visas i uteplats inkluderar ett matbord och stolar för sex; med en fantastisk utsikt över bryggan, kanalen och Mexikanska golfen. Solskydd hjälper till att hålla det bekvämt även på heta dagar i Nord-Florida. Gasgrill är lättillgänglig och propan tillhandahålls av värden.
• Vårt gästpaket inkluderar: Obegränsad användning av: (1) Paddlewheeler Pedal Boat; (2) Elektrisk golfvagn; och, (3) Två cyklar. Fiske är bra i vattnet runt Shell Point. Fisketillstånd krävs även när du fiskar från den privata bryggan.

• Hälsa dagen genom att njuta av solen och komma upp över Walker Creek medan du sitter på din privata kanaldäck eller, alternativt kan du njuta av kaffe på din privata flytbrygga. Se solen komma upp över segelbåtar som babbar i vinden från viken.
• Gå till eller åka gästgolfvagnen till den nyrenoverade Shell Point Beach. Du kommer förbi den nya Wakulla County båtramp / marina där du mycket väl kan stöta på skrattande pelikaner på bryggorna.
• Shell Point Beach har flera lusthus för skugga och matsal, med nyrenoverade allmänna toaletter och duschar. Golfen utanför Shell Point Beach är grunt för cirka hundra avgift från stranden, vilket gör det mycket säkert för mindre barn.
• För cykel- eller trehjulingsåkare har Wakulla län just öppnat en 12-mils gång- / cykel- / trehjulingsträcka som sträcker sig från St. Mark's Trail hela vägen till Wakulla High School. Du kan åka hela vägen till Cascades Park i Tallahassee, mer än 30 mil på en asfalterad cykelväg som slingrar sig genom norra Floridas skönhet. Parkering vid hörnet av Spring Creek Highway och State Road 98 är tillgänglig från Rick, ägaren av Marathon Gas Station som ligger på NW-hörnet av dessa två gator.

Great place
We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Fully equipped kitchen and was nice to enjoy breakfast out in the screen in porch while watching tv. Beach is really close we were able to go the last day.

Home needs some major updating. 2 of the 3 beds are very unstable and we are not big people. Dishes had been left in the dishwasher. Wrong key was left for the golf cart. Tried to contact the owner. No response til we got home and he called 3 days later.

Very Dog Friendly
Barry once again made it possible for us to stay close to our property at Fiddlers Cove, while being able to accommodate our pets. Hopefully you can get the golf cart working, really missed it.

Needs some work
This was a great property in its prime. The property manager was responsive to the issues but the owner never answered our phone calls. The reason why we booked here was because of the golf cart since it is not directly on the beach. The golf cart was not charged, charged overnight and wouldn’t crank up. The batteries would not charge properly. The oven never worked, the dishwasher wouldn’t drain (fixed by handyman), the stove stopped working while cooking breakfast and never came back on. The remote was chewed to pieces by a dog. The front porch furniture was old boat seats that had black mold. The drawers were dirty, missing wheel to the dishwasher, the floor was sketchy at best. It has plywood repairs with carpet covering it up. Things were rigged with tape and some things cheaply repaired with glue. The pots and pans were nasty. Lots of junk drawers. Just not up to standard.

Love it! We stay a week every summer.
Weather was beautiful. The rental is just the right size for our family. Lived in vibe and very comfortable. Spent most of the time on the screened patio when we were not on our boat or in the community pool. Always meet a lot of nice people there every year. Beach and fishing were great. Love that I can bring both of my little dogs. See you next summer, wish we owned a place in this little community.

A bicyclist refuge.
Originally rented for myself and my wife for an anniversary stay. But when she had some health issues, she insisted I invite a couple of cycling friends and go anyway. The property was perfect for us as the 50+ mile Capital City to Sea Trail mid-point is only a few miles up the road. The mobile home has some age on it, but is in good shape considering, and very clean and comfortable.

Rehab gone bad
Upon arrival there was dead roaches on the floor and kitchen counter. Floors were uneven, kitchen cabinet drawers were crooked and would would not line up. Clearly this unit flooded and the rehab was pieced together. The threshold from the rear Porch to the ramp was 2 inches higher than the floor a was a trip hazard not noted. My wife tripped and had to grab the rail to keep from falling. We have stayed in paradise village many times and this unit was so miss represented.

Great for the Beach
Location was great for beach activities, including boat launching. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms gave us plenty of space. The kitchen was well equipped and the screened in porch was a nice place to hang out and/or eat with a view of the canal and dock. There was a washer and dryer which was really helpful. It's a perfect beach house (it's actually a mobile home). There were plenty of TVs so everyone could watch their own program. It's in a gated community so we felt safe. The house has had some wear but that make it comfortable.

Very Pleasant Stay
For the first time we planned a month-long vacation and we spent it at Shell Point in this home. We had such a nice time! Barry's home is an older mobile home. He has completed many upgrades and improvements. We found it to be clean inside, spacious and the furniture and beds quite comfortable. We had read the reviews prior to our booking and arriving, noting most were very complimentary. One person complained about the beds. My husband and I both have had back issues and we sleep on a thick, hybrid mattress on an adjustable bed at home so I had some concerns about spending a month away from our own bed! I needn't have worried. The beds were very comfortable. The pillows were also fine - not high end; but comfortable. Linens good quality. Both bathrooms have been done over. The showers have great pressure (I'm picky when having to wash my hair!). There is shelving for your own bath items and overall plenty of room. The towels seemed newer and of very good quality. I had also read a review from just prior to our arrival regarding the age of the kitchen and its cleanliness. I found the kitchen to be overall clean - a couple of more hidden spots needed attention and I communicated that to Barry who was always highly responsive. The description includes a coffee maker. But there is also a Keurig that we liked even more! Pots and pans were in good condition and various sizes. I did purchase some stemless wine/multipurpose glasses, a larger size non-stick fry pan, a double set of covered mixing/storage bowls and a small set of sharper knives. If we were only staying a week or so I would have made do with the plentiful dishes and cookware already there; but for a month I felt we would need these. I communicated the purchases to Barry just as an FYI. I did not expect to be reimbursed but he did so anyway! Highly recommended! We absolutely loved the screened porch! On windy days or between trips to the pool or beach we would sit out there, sometimes watch TV on this porch and just relax! We are so appreciative of being able to bring our dog. He spent so much time out on that porch too! Loved just sitting and people, fish and animal watching! Another feature we made the most of was the dock as we brought our 17.5" fishing boat down. My husband loved exploring the canals fishing and we so enjoyed sunset cruises! We used the golf carts for trips to the beach or pool and so appreciated not only the carts; but also the beach chairs!
