“My group stayed here to ski at Winterplace one day and attend the VT women's basketball game another day. This space was perfect for a group of people where most don't need to share beds. “Unable to get a hotel room so this was the only alternative. The RV was listed as big enough to sleep 4. Three would have been possible but 4 a stretch and there’s no way 4 people could have taken a hot shower. I got a lukewarm one day one (only in for several minutes) and my son’s was ice cold. Also the place was clean but smelled of stale beer. Also the AC ran constantly even though thermostat was set at 75 degrees. Place was frigid.”

“The place was very small and cut up. It was dirty and had ants all in the kitchen. Every room was in some form dirty including showers and toilets. Dangerous stairs to get upstairs and down. Found slugs in basement where two bedrooms were located. Water dripped out of the ceiling onto kitchen counter. Dirty inside cabinets, drawers etc. no where near worth the amount per night. “Loved the setting! Nice set up for outdoor spa/pool/grilling. I now realize what a studio is lol. Was surprised when I walked in and realized it was just one open room aside from the bathroom but it was cozy. Really the only downside was the smell. Resembled the smell of an old nursing home.
