A bit better since our December stay. The entertainment staff still needs improvement. I don't understand their fixation with VOLUME. When they do Zumba or Pool aerobics they crank their music up to 11 for some reason. The whole pool area is disrupted because a small group of guests is participating... IT DOESN'T NEED TO BE THAT LOUD! Please remove the useless hammocks from the rooms and replace with dressers. Yoi may find folks may want to extend their stays if they have a place to put their clothes. Staff is still amazing... Daniel, Rellez, Gustav, Kiera, Luisa, Cornelio are all superstars. Honorable mention to Virgilio (sorry for probable misspelling)... Berta left big shoes to fill.

It says all inclusive but we had to pay everytime we got a Cuervo shot which is NOT even top Liqour. Girl at the grill is cooking raw fish and meat with same utensils. Thats called cross contamination. NOBODY wears gloves!!!

We are Not normally into all inclusive resorts because we like finding local spots but it was very convenient fir breakfast and lunch getting right off the dive boat and having lunch by the pool. Food was always fresh and you could always find something you liked. Wait staff and hotel staff was always super friendly and helpful. We are playing a trip back in May and we are looking at the same resort we liked it do well. Would highly recommend this resort. We dived with Island Divers Cozumel and they picked us up at the resorts dock. Very convenient and also very easy walk to shopping. Its just on the south edge of town. Luisa was always happy to help and always had a smile on her face.(she was one of two great day waitresses around the pool area)

The snorkeling was amazing. The food was bad. They did not have the restaurant choices that were advertised. Servers were not friendly or helpful except for the omlette chef he was great.

Property definitely gave good value for the cost. They’re close enough to walk into town, which is nice. Recommend snorkeling their shore and seeing the turtle.

We were blown away by the daily buffets. Far from the typical "resort buffet" experience, the meals were absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients and a wide variety of options that surpassed our expectations every time. Our room was equally impressive – beautifully furnished with a modern touch, yet it still felt warm, homey, and inviting. The private jacuzzi on our balcony was the perfect spot for romantic evenings, and we loved relaxing by the pool and hot tub, chatting with other guests and soaking up the sun. Most of the time, the only desert that you have that does not contain gluten is fruit. I would love to have flan. When we were there in November, we had wifi in our rooms. When we returned in February, I had to go to the lobby to have wifi. I hope that you will fix that issue.

The main components of a resort holiday are staff, food, rooms, activities & facilities. Staff: Our trip started off not great with a delayed flight, causing us to miss our first night at the resort. We were surprised (and a little upset) that our room wasn't ready, even though we were a day late. After this, we can't say enough good things about our interactions with the rest of the staff, particularly wait staff - both Manuel's, Juan, Silvia, William, Keira, Marianna, the bartenders at both the lobby bar and the Monkey Bar (pool bar). The pool activities staff were also amazing, especially Diego, Juanita, Jesus, Suny & Antony. Overall, everyone that we interacted with were very helpful and accommodating, but in a very relaxed and easy manner. They really make you feel at home. Food & Drinks: Many of the review that we read before going on this trip described the food as more middle-of-the-road fare and we would agree with this assessment. However, the breakfasts were very good with a great variety of choices and make sure you have an omelette! The chicken wings at the pool restaurant were great as well as the guacamole. The buffets (other than the breakfast buffets) tend to vary in the quality of the dishes but we could always find something pleasing. The specialty themed nights which are Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays (reservations required) were better than the supper buffets. Generally speaking there was a wide variety of selections at any of the dining

This hotel is totally misrepresented in the pictures, it is an outdated property, there is no beach and it is situated across the street from the property, there is no sand to walk out onto the beach, just coral rocks with a ladder adjacent to a shipping dock. The food options are limited and bland, I’m on a plant based diet and had to purchase meals and food off of the property. The wifi only works in the hotel lobby of the property and the water in the shower smelt of sewage, the walls are paper thin and you can literally hear everything in the adjacent rooms, water running, toilets flushing etc. This hotel is best suited for tourists on a dive holiday that are ok with basic accommodations.

Love the location, nice walking sidewalk in both directions. We stayed last year and returned this year and noticed many improvements. I still think more needed - walk in shower, bring the dressers back! Pool entertainment was nice and food selection was much better.

This property offers an all inclusive option that includes food and alcohol. Its close to the city and a major grocery store that is walkable. The property is older and it shows but I will still return to the hotel. Some variety on beer selection and food menu would make it better.

The staff was outstanding, helpful, friendly and attentive in every way. Dining service was also outstanding. Choices at the all inclusive buffet were excellent. There was something to eat all day long. The hotel was immaculately clean at all times. Our room was also very clean. The common areas were bright, clean and had wonderful atmosphere and views. Room was bright and beds were comfy. Purified water provided throughout the hotel which was very helpful. The room could use a few repairs: water pressure was low, the sliding door lock was broken and the wifi didn't work. Very small TV screen of low quality. I'm sure we could have asked for more towels by they started with the bare minimum. No cups in the room. Still using plastic bottled champoos and conditioner and would prefer a more eco friendly option. But we weren't there to be in the room so didn't complain. Could use a dehumidifier system. Loved the hammock in the room. We met people who have been coming to this hotel for more than 10 years! The beach area had excellent snorkeling and great vibe. Not a party crowd, just nice people relaxing. Great views. I can't compliment all the staff enough. They were awesome.
