“Резиденция для 4-х слишком мала, только для 2х с натягом. Ремонт и все что есть в нем со дня основания видимо не ремонтировалось и заменялось. Очень аскетично и все синтетическое. В этот раз вообще никакой химии даже для кухни не дали. Но мы ехали кататься и постарались этим себя не расстраивать. Напишите на сайте, что надо платить обязательный туристический налог и 40 евро финальная уборка. Просите номер окнами на долину, а не на проезжую часть, т.к. слишком шумно даже глубокой ночью, а спать...

“Property is well located for ski in and ski out and accommodation was very comfortable and had all necessary amenities. Staff were responsive and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. ”

“I didnt recieve the key box code in time, was never told that towels and linen needed to be ordered , and the residence has no luggage or ski storage. I would avoid this apartment for ski vacations to Courchevel but the other residences managed by the building seem to be better managed with on site staff. ”

“Lite tråkigt att man bara fick en badhandduk för hela veckan och endast en liten rulle toapapper.detta skulle ingå i lägenheten anser jag. Dessutom fick man 5 maskindisktabletter när man Är där i 7 dagar. Småaktigt och inte genomtänkt. annars är läget perfekt och byn lagom stor. Det står också att det finns parkeringsmöjligheter det stämmer inte till hotellet. Någonstans i byn finns parkeringsmöjligheter men de är inte gratis och inte heller för bara dig som bor på hotellet. Dåligt”

“Smart och trevlig lägenhet, fräsch och snygg. Nära till liftar och service (bageri, delikatessbutik, matvarubutik och div övriga butiker i Forum). Dåligt med arbetsknivar i köket den enda plumpen i protokollet. Rekommenderas varmt som ett av få boendealternativ i Courchevel 1850 med rimlig boendekostnad.”

“It was not clear on booking that the hotel was spread over several different chalet buildings within the village and so if you were not in the main building you basically didn’t have practical access to any of the amenities like the spa and swimming pool. Furthermore the ratio of amenities to guests is totally overloaded and so the spa was always very congested without proper changing facilities. Like most Pierre residence properties, very misleading once again.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The staff were excellent and so attentive. The lady on reception was wonderful! She made our holiday. The bus stop was convenient and buses ran on time. The view was lovely. Altiport is a great place to stay. It was great value. There were a few things that stopped it being excellent. The property was not ski in/ski out. It involved a walk. There was also no swimming pool as advertised. The kitchen wasn't very well equipped. There were no mugs, only espresso cups....

“No bedding, no towels, it was not specified at hotel’s services description that I have to carry on my own. Poor cleanliness. Heating not operating, only two small electric heating elements available. Bad smell in general, but specially coming from the bathroom. The residence showed attentive to my complaints and kind in answering and understanding them in order to investigate and correct.”

“Absolutatemente lamentable. Las sillas rotas, la fregona del siglo pasado, la luz del baño fundida, el suelo pegajoso, ceniceros sin limpiar... y lo peor... NO HABIA SABANAS NI TOALLAS, ni responden a los email o las llamadas!!!!”

“No towels and bed sheets provided whereas it should have. Poor communication. I was told towels and sheets would be delivered next day before noon, but was then told it is impossible!!! Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furniture… OVERPRICED!!! To be avoided!!!”

“Le ménage n était pas fait à notre arrivée, l appartement sentait extrêmement fort la cigarette, l'immeuble est en travaux à cause des gardes corps trop fragiles, il est donc interdit de sortir sur la terrasse. Il nous a été impossible d'imaginer rester dans cet appartement mais comme l hôtelier nous a assuré que le ménage avait été fait, ils refusent de nous rembourser. Nous avons pris une vingtaine de photos tres explicites pourtant. Location a fuir, l hotelier est un escroc. ”

“Great appartment in a great position! Group of 4 adults. The appartment had everything we needed. Sarah, the appartment owner was fantastic to deal with. Very easy access to Petit Moriand Gondola, then on to the rest of the valleys. Close to bars, restaurants, supermarket and bus stop. We can't wait to return.”
