“This condo is exactly as pictured. It has a beautiful ocean view on a quiet end of the beach. With the casino close by, you have easy walking access (3 minutes) to a coffee shop and a couple of great restaurants. If you’re looking for a peaceful place with a fabulous view, a huge ocean front balcony and a super comfortable bed - you have found it!! ”

“The Bougainvillea condos were safely located on the Reserva Conchal resort where we enjoyed many resort amenities, such as the beach club, Neenda restaurant, and Playa Conchal beach. The condo was clean and well-maintained with air conditioning (very important) and laundry facilities in the condo (much appreciated). The internal shuttle to the beach club was easy to call for and very efficient. Bring money in small bills (dollars ok) as you'll want to be giving some cash tips for the services....

“This lovely villa was perfect for our family of 5 adults. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was well outfitted. Spacious living area and delightful porches. Felt very safe and secure. Would have appreciated better water pressure in the shower, but I also understand we were visiting a country that is working hard to control water usage. We would go back to this property any chance we had! ”

“We were two couples (60 year olds) and happy with our stay. Great location in Playa Langosta where a bit quieter than Tamarindo but still many restaurants in walking distance and a mini mart a block away. Quick trip to get into Tamarindo which is quite vibrant and fun. Condo clean and spacious and enjoyed the large patio. A bit sparse, nothing a few area rugs or pictures wouldn't satisfy. The owner and management co/ concierge were all very responsive and a real asset for advice as this was...

“Your review is great! It’s clear, positive, and informative. However, if you want to make it slightly more polished and professional, you could adjust it like this: We loved our stay! The condo is fantastic, equipped with everything you could need, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. Just a heads-up: the condo is located on top of a hill, so if you don’t have a car, walking to and from the beach or town can be a bit of a workout. Overall, highly recommended!”

“In general our stay was very good. The weekends were very busy with people coming from San Jose for the weekend which forced us to do other activities until later in the day. The pool was nice except when it was busy on the weekends. A great location on Jacó as you were close to everything you needed, including car/golf cart rentals, groceries, bars and restaurants. Beach was literally minutes walk away. ”

“The Coco Bay resort has everything you need to make a great vacation. Numerous beaches are 10 minutes away, grocery stores are just outside the complex.If I had any complaint, it’s just windy up on the hill. But I heard from the locals it was unusually windy at the time. ”
