“Gorgeous property and location. Nice rooms but missing fundamentals for a 5 star hotel...for example, ice bucket, possibility to make coffee or tea, etc. Also disappointed at the system for reserving lounge chairs around the pool. Nearly everything is taken before 9am by guests who belong to certain clubs, or who pay more, which seems unfair to guests who already pay a premium to stay at such a resort.”

“The property was nice and the staff were very friendly. There was some confusion about our $50 credit, but it all worked out. We opted out of the all inclusive package but if we go again we will get it. The location is remote but we had great taxi drivers.”
