“For the price, this place was perfect. Close to a zillion amenities. We are not “city people” but we felt safe. It was the weekend so no problem with street parking. The host was extremely responsive, and went above and beyond. We had an issue which she addressed quickly, and the maintenance person was very professional. Kitchen is updated. We would like to stay again when we return.”

“We had a wonderful November week in NYC thanks also to this characteristic little brownstone apartment, located near the strategic 125th subway stop, so it was possible to get back and forth several times in a day. Cozy and comfortable for 2 people, overlooking the inner courtyard, very quiet and with small kitchen where you can prepare your breakfast and some hot food. Be sure to visit the neighborhood, with some nice walks to the North and West! ”

“On the listing it said this room would sleep 6, but it really only sleeps 2. I spoke with the property manager and he said he would lay down a mattress (there were 4 of us) and when we got there they refused to do that. We were forced to book a 2nd room. ”

“Large brownstone divided in half. One side for owners other side for guests. 6 small guest rooms sharing 2 bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Heaters in each room that were sufficient during the extremely cold weather. Lots of art work decorating the rooms and halls. Very tiny bathrooms. Dreary interior could be vastly improved with table lamps Great deli on the nearby corner and great restaurant. Pita Point and Good Friends Deli. Grinstead of the overhead lighting.”

“From start to finish we had an excellent one-month stay in this beautiful expansive home. The owner was prompt and professional with all of our questions and requests and went out of the way to ensure our comfort. The home itself was immaculately handed over to us, stocked with linens, towels and kitchen materials.
