"Highly recommended hotel. very friendly staff. There was a problem with our room it did not smell really good, some sort of annoying smell not really foul but not really good. The staff were very helpful and changed us to a better room that smelled better, leads me to believe it might be something in the cleaning products the hotel using. That was the only negative experience because it prevented us from sleeping and had us to change room, other than that this is an amazing hotel and amazing staff I hope they fix this issue. Will definately go there again if I am in Madrid. "

"Väldigt centralt beläget. Mycket trevlig personal. Fantastisk takterrass och stora ytor. Vi var 6 vänner som bodde här och varje sovrum hade eget en suite badrum. Minus: saknade ljudsystem och det var fukt i badrummen."
