Welcome to Rampart Vista located just minutes from Air Force Academy in northern Colorado Springs.
This home has it all. From the sure to please gourmet kitchen, master suite with king-size bed and luxury bath to the open main floor with views of Pikes Peak, you will lack for nothing. This spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is sure to please everyone in your group.

The main level offers a place to gather, cook, and enjoy delicious meals as well as the master suite and a second bedroom. The lower level is an entertainer's delight featuring a gas fireplace, media room, bar, pool table/ping pong table, and a sauna. Three bedrooms and a full bathroom are also on the lower level.

There are plenty of outdoor gathering spaces including a front patio, back patio, and front porch. All have seating. Come stay, relax, entertain, soak in the beautiful Colorado scenery, and plan your next trip back!

Needs some work
Pretty and large house - space is great for a large family, we have 9. But the furniture in the living room is older and broken. Mgmt came to repair the broken frame of the loveseat which quickly broke again. For such a large house, the basic kitchen amenities were short. Only 5 coffee mugs, 4 wine glasses and not nearly enough silverware. Please take the foam topper off of the master bed - not needed. Little things that should be easy to fix. Please do, bc it is a very nice house.

Great getaway
We had a lovely time at this house visiting family in the area. This was a perfect place to stay for multiple families visiting from out of town. The downstairs was great for the kids with the pool table/ping pong table. Kitchen had everything we needed, and the views of Pikes Peak from the living room were fabulous!

Pre Wedding trip
Booked this home to finalize wedding plans for our daughter. Will be returning to this same house for the wedding in September. Has plenty of rooms to hold our large wedding group. Only issue was some if the bathroom outlets did not work. Not a huge deal.

Great location
Property was nice. Furniture appeared worn out and was not comfortable at all. The master bed had a 4” foam top which made the bed too soft. Once we removed the top, the beds were semi comfy. Was told that it was fully stocked with cooking utensils and pots and pans false, but we made due with what we had. Place advertised space in garage, we did not have access to the garage. Would I stay here again ? Probably not. My overall thought, put some decent furniture in your rentals, update the bed. That was one of the most uncomfortable bed experience I’ve had yet, as the floor was more comfortable.

Family wedding nearby
The property was a great location for a wedding we attended in CO Springs. While we were there we also visited The Garden of the Gods which was just a short drive. We enjoyed the game room downstairs and the open concept family room/kitchen upstairs. Plenty of room for our family of 8 adults and two babies. Very comfortable and would highly recommend.

Colorado Springs wedding weekend
This property was perfect for our family to get together for a “destination “ wedding. The bedrooms and closets were more than adequate, with a common great room which was perfect for family meals together. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs which worked well to for the kids in our family. A larger bathroom, or perhaps 2, would have been nice downstairs due to 3 bedrooms in the downstairs area. There was tremendous amount of exercise equipment available! Outdoor space on the front patio (with a lower Level seating Area as well) with a smaller patio and grill in the back for more private space. Location and neighborhood was perfect! Thank you!

Great place for a family gathering
Greatly enjoyed the spacious kitchen, dining and living room space - with a wonderful few of Pikes Peak. Plenty of parking space in the drive way. We enjoyed the pool table and sauna. Could have used a few more kitchen items, such as roasting pans for the great double oven. Check in and out process was easy.

Close to Air Force Base, beautiful views, nice and roomy.
We loved this property. It was super close to the air force base, and had beautiful views. Kids loved hanging out in the basement while adults visited upstairs.

Great holiday experience
My family and I decided to try somewhere new for the holidays and the location was perfect. The house was perfect size with everything we could have possibly needed. They even decorated for Christmas which was a great surprise that made the holidays that much better. We would definitely return again! Any communication we needed to have with the property managers was prompt which was greatly appreciated.
